Mendle's Restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your restaurant on 21/9 When we arrived, the waitress showed no interest in welcoming or assisting us. We sat outside and pointed out that our table was unstable. She said there was nothing she could do. When another table became available, we moved ourselves.We ordered two drinks, one pizza, and a Caesar salad, but she did not write anything down. The restaurant was almost empty, yet after 40 minutes, we still had not received our food. I had to go inside to ask about it, and only then she checked and informed us that there had been a mistake and that pizzas were no longer being mad - even though she told us earlier they were available. In the end, I asked to pay for the drinks only. She charged us but did not apologize for the inconvenience or the fact that we never received our meal. This experience was very disappointing, and I believe it could have been handled with much more professionalism...

The food is overpriced and not tasty though they apparently try to position themselves as a fine pricy restaurant. Rather cheap furnishings and not cosy. Toilet is in a different building. The waiter automatically included 12% tip in the bill without asking. Unfortunately in this area there are not many restaurants, but I would rather recommend going further than...

I cannot say that the food was bad or good, because the waitress didn't even bothered to ask the kitchen to arrange my food.. after 1 hour waiting, hungry, we had to ask them when the food would be served, for our surprise the kitchen was not informed about our dishes and in the end the waitress told that they werent serving the pizza I...
