Roadside Halal Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Budapest

Why this place has so many 5 stars? Because the food is good, the staff is polite, and the place offer halal meat.

So, me and my wife had a negative experience here. We asked for her a Wrap (gyros like) without spicy (they explicitly asked us if we wanted spicy).

They added spicy anyway. It was not crowded (the only customers were me and my wife, and there were 3 people working behind the desk).

When we kindly told them about their mistake, they opened the wrap and added yogurt sauce, telling us that this was the maximum they could do, and apologizing.

The food was still spicy, and now the Wrap was really easy to break in pieces (because you shouldn't open them and close them again, it becomes a mess).

I have never seen a single restaurant doing something like this. It is useless to apologize with words, when your actions do not reflect what you are saying. The staff should have redone the Wrap, and that's it.

They were probably too busy watching television and phone (this is what they did while preparing our meal)

Disappointed. We found other places with halal meat or vegetarian options (you can easily find other options here in google maps or tripadvisor) if that is what you are...

The worst restaurant ever for multiple reasons :

First of all, i was too quite and patient about making a review, i took in consideration many things

-1 Order can be simply rejected, because they dont accept it on time, which can cause issues with Wolt about refund

2-They dont respect at all the (spicy/non spicy) request, despite writing it in several languages

3-The food is always burnt, especially the Baguette Farce , which by the way, has nothing to do with the REAL Tunisian Baguette farce.

4-Price is over the normal, the food is so bad , do not worth even half the price

5-They do not answer so quickly on the phone, you need to call like 4 times in order to have someone who can barely communicate normally (bad language, noise, rush, no empathy, no attitude...)

6-The restaurant itself is not clean, wondering how can such thing can exist in a European city.

7-The French fries is not good , always it has black spot and a smell of a burnt oil, always cold and not tidy, a kind of new type of plastic, has nothing to do with French fries

Do not waste your time and money on such...

In the beginning they had really good service and packaging but with time it only kept declining. Last time I ordered I noticed the packaging was different(cheaper, smaller) no separate section for the sauces and the main and the side on top of eachother. The food was soaked in the sauces(it was almost soupy instead of grill and fries) . So when I ordered again I specifically asked for no sauces as I can't handle spices. They sent the food drenched in spicy sauce it was inedible and when I complained to the support they denied putting any sauces saying they usually put separately and this time they didn't put at all to avoid the refund. Which is a total lie since I had a picture to prove it . It would've been ok to just say they didn't read the request or it was a mistake. But it seems the decline in service quality and consistency...
