Thai Ha Pho — Restaurant in Budapest

(Note: the ownership and name have changed since I wrote this review. A recent visit left me very disappointed.) My friend and I had a delicious meal here. Through some misunderstanding when we arrived, we were automatically served the beef pho, but it was quite good, with a good amount of tender beef brisket and noodles with the traditional lime, bean sprouts, pickled garlic and other accompaniments. We also liked the chicken skewer appetizer, but the steamed meat bun appetizer was not our favorite. Looking forward to returning here to try other dishes. Beware scam.

Ordered small beef pho, small Tom yum seafood soup, and coconut juice. Before ordering, clarify with the lady boss if the coconut juice is fresh. She mentioned that it was canned. Decided to order it despite that it is in canned and it was HUF900. But I was charged HUF1200 (€5) for it. Clarified with the lady boss, she told me it is big size. It shows one price on the menu.

The pho was not authentic. No mint leaves, no lime. Tom yum soup is too creamy.

Not worth visiting and...

We just ordered 2 dishes (tom yum and pad thai) from them on foodora. I would call it a disgrace rather than food what was delivered to us. The pad thai didn't have ANY vegetables, the pieces of chicken were so few I needed a magnifier to find them, and the tom yum had slices of something that my boyfriend couldn't even chew (and no, I don't mean the shells of the 2 oyster).
