The Sky Garden Rooftop Terrace — Restaurant in Budapest

Not the best view or service for the price you pay here. Two of the three waterglasses we've received were absolutely filthy. When I told the waitress I wanted new glasseS, she took only one and dunk out the water, than brought me a new empty glass. I tried to let her know I wasnt pleased with the fact she dunk out a good amount of the water I had not even had a sip from at that point but was definitely would still be fully charged for. Mind you, not even an apology was made. It might have been the language barrier but to me she just came off as uninterested in doing her job right which irritated me but I just proceeded to ask for one more glass. The passive agressiveness I got in return is outrageous: another waiter brought me a scorching hot glass. Yes it was clean, I think that was what they tried to prove right there. Again, irritated even more, decided to not interact anymore, let my glass cool of before using it.

In addition to the comment I got from the management team: if someone would have actually asked us if everything was to our satisfaction (or even if we would like another drink) I would have told them right than and there how I felt about being served here instead of just leaving this...

We waited for 70 minutes for the food to be served, I ordered a beetroot salad (the one with the goat cheese, not the one with mandarins and pecans) but unfortunately the salad didn’t come. I asked about it and specifically told the waitress that if it’s forgotten, I don’t want it. I finally got “a” salad… Not the one I ordered. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it but at the end I asked the waiter to inform the chef that this was not the salad I ordered. The waiter was completely rude, telling to my face that a mandarin is a beetroot! It was something like telling me I am stupid or something. I felt very bad and uncomfortable, the waiter was keep coming back to show me my salad, the discussion was useless. Very expensive place, mediocre food (when and if it comes) and extremely rude and...

rude security, unfriendly guards. they wont let some groups up because of the “terms and conditions” and safety reasons. they said time isnt an issue, as we had a booking, so we suggested that we split up into groups of 10 so we wouldnt “block the way” like they said we would. they wouldnt allow us up even like that, without giving actual reason as to why. they allowed 20+ people up individually but not a group of 10? makes absolutely no sense, and the terms and conditions do not perhibit groups splitting up.. also, we were given no alternative option, they werent trying to be helpful at all and the attitude was unacceptable....
