Overall, the experience was fantastic. Food was excellent, with great variety of what I would consider “normal food” (not fine dining with little portions). They’re very generous with portion size (which is a plus for a foodie like me) and they even provide wet wipes and tooth picks which is wonderful. Only thing I would “complain” about is the service towards the end was not so great but I believe that is a cultural difference problem on my end, not really theirs. Terrible I would avoid this place like the. plague. Staff don't have a clue. Food was horrific. Then after complaining about the food instead of a refund they gave me a gift card! Why should I even go back there again. Should also train Staff on how to operate a phone. Everyone is on drugs. Like is it that hard for proper service. The food is expensive for what you get and you’re better off going to the backpackers downtown which has comparable prices but much nicer. We had to clear our own table and clean it as the staff didn’t clear tables after people left. This seemed normal as a few people did it.
