Hamborgarabúlla Tómasar, or Tommy’s, is the perfect spot for anyone craving a classic, no-fuss burger with incredible flavor. The burger options are simple but crafted to perfection. I highly recommend the Steak Burger — it was juicy, packed with flavor, and grilled just right. The beef had a rich, smoky taste, and the toppings were fresh and balanced, complementing the burger without overpowering it. Pair that with their sweet potato fries, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and you’ve got a winning combo.

Their milkshakes are another must-try. Creamy, indulgent, and with just the right amount of sweetness, they’re the perfect treat to round out your meal.

Tommi’s is a great burger restaurant!! I went here multiple times during my trip. They have locations all over Iceland. I was so hungry when I got off the plane, but I wanted to stay in my comfort zone and have a familiar meal! I remembered I saw Tommi’s was near the airport when I was planning my trip, so we headed there, and I am glad I did!! As soon as I took a bite of my burger, I thought, “Woah, this is so good!!”

I tried two Tommi’s locations, and both were delicious! The burgers are seasoned so well and the food is high quality!! They are steakhouse-quality burgers!! And the portions are generous!

All of their staff members are friendly and speak English! They have English menus too!!

The interiors of both locations are fun and well-designed!

Hamborgarabúlla Tómasar is so good, I was instantly hooked. There’s something about their burgers that just hits the spot every time. What makes the experience even better is the laid-back, no-frills vibe of the place. It’s casual and relaxed, which makes it the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to. The staff are super friendly, and they always seem genuinely happy to be there, which adds to the whole experience.
