KFC — Restaurant in Reykjanesbær

KFC Keflavik is an absolute disgrace. It was 10:04pm at night and I had spent the whole day mentally and physically exerting myself. I was exhausted and I had not eaten anything all day, so I was also ravenous. By the time I got to the KFC in my automobile I was positively famished. I marched into the venue and politely requested a popcorn chicken bucket, porridge and an orange juice served with a side of mushrooms. The were no staff at the counter, so I had to climb over the counter to get their attention. Shameful. They gave me rude looks and told me they closed 4 minutes ago and refused to serve me. I was appalled. I asked to see the manager, who wouldn’t come out until I threatened to come back in the morning. He too wouldn’t serve me. I decided the only course of action was to get in there myself and make my own meal. They told me they would call the police if I didn’t leave, so I took matters into my own hands and called them myself. When they finally came they forced me out of the building and told me to never return again. Well I can guarantee you I will never be back after this whole saga. I never received a complete order. again the most expensive thing was not added. It didn't happen once or twice. the evening shift just doesn't know what there doing and why they're at work, what's more, it seems to me that it's done specially, the customer paid for it and they don't give food. in addition, an hour before closing it is difficult to get chicken wings or corn. you have to take what they give or what they have as leftovers. I understand if an incomplete order would happen once, twice, but this is probably the 7th time when I come, pay and I don't get the whole thing. maybe I should check if everything is correct but I'm tired after work I'm not going to check kfc employees and do the work for them if they gave my order in...

you get what you pay for in this world and obviously fast food is just that, fast food

we do love to visit this location after we land at keflavik, and it gets better every year

the service is amazing as others have said, you could have your order brought to you at the table, if you want

food is decent enough, its fried chicken, and it makes for a great lunch or quick bite option

my favorite is the popcorn chicken
