Seriously, there are better places to get your overpriced coffee. 1) several tables were dirty and the coffee shop wasn’t full to justify not cleaning them. 2) staff was rude. Didn’t get her name bc no name tags but I did approach the cashier all bubbly in my demeanor only to get a super snarky response from her. Newsflash, we’re all tired and short staffed and when someone makes the effort to be kind we should repay that with the same kindness. If you can’t, please find yourself a job that isn’t costumer based. 3) the coffee was cloyingly sweet. Rather than actually tasting the coffee in my drink, all I gulped down was sugar. Lastly, your pastry isn’t served on a plate. You have to keep the super big tray with you until your finish your pastry rather than having a small plate. I will give them props for their good playlist though! 😊 Edit: wow, the same rude staff, whose name now I know, found me on IG only to further harass me that I didn’t like her service. Is this place for real? I can’t add the picture of this travesty. But wow. Watch out when you go get coffee here 🙄

I stopped by this Icelandic coffee chain to grab a Flat White to go with a pastry that I picked up from a nearby bakery. It was robust, bold, smooth and comforting to sip on while walking back to our hotel. This shop initially looks small with just a couple seats up front near the counter, however, the space opens up into a comfortable dining area with several tables in the back. In addition to coffee and sweet baked goods, their menu also featured Croque Monsieur, bagels and toast options. All I needed was a coffee to go, but if I had more time that morning, this would be a nice cozy spot for a simple breakfast.

Incredibly. What a racist place. I've been in the line for a while and finally when it became my turn, he let someone else cut the line in front of me. And then without a word, he went to the sandwich station to start making sandwiches. I waited a long time and he just entirely ignored me. There were ~6 people in front of me and when he decided to go make a sandwich, there was just me and another lady behind me in the line. He didn’t even make eye contact with me. My party came to check on me since it had been a while, I said "they aren't taking my order." Finally, the other lady from the espresso section came to take my order. Worst service I ever...
