Koko Scoop, Koramangala - A Sweet Surprise!

While exploring the buzzing streets of Koramangala, I stumbled upon Koko Scoop—what a delightful find! Don’t be fooled by the humble size of this place; though it’s small, the atmosphere is cozy, warm, and totally inviting. It’s simple yet charming—just the kind of spot that makes you want to stay and enjoy.

Now, here’s the real treat: the way they serve their ice cream is a game-changer. They take a fresh coconut, scrape out the tender malai (the creamy inner coconut flesh), and then fill the shell with your choice of ice cream! The coconut shell isn’t just for show—it’s part of the experience. Plus, they give you a glass of refreshing coconut water to sip on as you indulge in the creamy goodness. It’s such a cool (and refreshing) touch that makes this place stand out!

What I Tried:

Tender Coconut - 3⭐️ This one was good, but not great. The coconut flavor was a bit underwhelming, and I’ve definitely had better versions elsewhere. But, what really saved it was the addition of the mango and coconut jelly—those little bursts of flavor really kicked it up a notch.

Black Rose - 4.5⭐️ Wow. I’ve never had a Black Rose flavor before, and I was so curious about it. The gray color definitely threw me off, but let me tell you—looks are deceiving. This one was packed with a burst of flavors, and the blueberry and coconut jelly toppings? Perfection. It was unique, refreshing, and absolutely delicious.

Koko Scoop is one of those hidden gems you have to visit in Koramangala. It’s not just about the ice cream; it’s the whole experience. So if you’re in the area and craving something different, trust me, this place is a must-try! And don’t forget to follow me for more sweet...

Coco Scoop in Koramangala, Bangalore, isn't your average ice cream shop. They take you on a trip to Thailand with their unique and delicious concept - serving ice cream in a coconut shell!

Imagine this: a fresh, young coconut, halved and transformed into a beautiful bowl. Inside rests a scoop (or two) of your chosen ice cream flavor, nestled on a bed of fluffy coconut pulp. To add to the tropical delight, you get to personalize your creation with a variety of toppings. From classic favorites like chocolate sauce and sprinkles to more adventurous options like mango sticky rice bits, the choice is yours! And to quench your thirst after this delightful indulgence, they even include a complimentary glass of coconut water on the side.

While the coconut shell ice cream is undoubtedly the star of the show, Coco Scoop offers more. They have a selection of other ice cream flavors in regular bowls, including of course, the classic and ever-popular coconut ice cream. So, if you're feeling a bit traditional, you can still enjoy the taste of Thailand without the coconut shell experience.

Coco Scoop isn't just about the taste; it's a feast for the senses. The fresh coconut shells, the vibrant toppings, and the overall ambiance create a delightful experience. It's the perfect place to cool down on a hot Bangalore day and transport yourself to paradise, even for a brief moment.

Coco Scoop is a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique and delicious ice cream experience in Koramangala. The coconut shell concept, the variety of flavors and toppings, and the complimentary coconut water make it a fun and refreshing treat. Whether you're an Instagram foodie or simply looking for a cool escape, Coco Scoop has...

Tried coconut shell ice cream – taste is good and something different. But I felt it’s a bit overpriced, and the place doesn’t have a great vibe. The chairs and tables look like they’re made for kids – very uncomfortable for adults to sit for long.

The guy at the counter also had a lot of attitude. Many of the ice creams from the menu weren’t available, and when we asked again just to check, he replied quite rudely saying, “I already told you what's not there.” Also, they expect you to tell the flavours and toppings during billing itself – it would be much easier if they just took the money first and let us choose the scoops peacefully while filling scoops in cup. Would save time too.

Another thing – there are no names on the ice creams, so we don’t know which flavour is which. When I asked, like “which one is black rose?”, he didn’t even point to it properly. Just stood at the billing counter and said things like “the last one” or “middle one,” which felt rude.

Overall, it’s worth trying once because the idea is unique and the coconut flavour is interesting. But the experience could have been...

I recently had the chance to try out the coconut shell ice-cream from ice-cream shop named kokoscoop at koramangala. and I must say it something i had that's unique and intangible in quality at all . The flavor was sublime with a hint of coconut that was mesmerizing. The texture was smooth and the flavor was perfect. The coconut shell itself was crunchy and added a nice texture to the ice-cream. Mostly i loved their welcoming nature and hosting. Overall, I would highly recommend this ice-cream to anyone who enjoys coconut-flavored treats. It is definitely worth the price and I would definitely buy it again in the future...
