One of the worst experience ever faced here in Nagarjuna Chimney Jayanagar..... Till now we had very great experience in Indira nagar and Whitefield branch ...
Today I visited jayanagar branch with my parents who were here for first time.
We sat on table and ordered our meal..Since my parents appetite is not much so they ordered one plate where they can easily share eat and enjoy.
However the server told that sharing isn't allowed even though we tried explaining that this is our call and we usually practice similar in other restaurants as sometimes appetite of person is not much..
To this both the service guy and manager both came latter rudely told that it's not allowed...
The way he spoke with us was rude and not acceptable from customer point of view.
Firstly it's not right of restraunt to enforce on us how much we should order as we citizen of India don't believe in wastage of food and secondly even if it's not their policy which anyway I don't agree manager needs to communicate to us in acceptable way .We are not some beggers who is taking free meal rather the taxpayers of India and will be paying them as well
I would recommend the viewers of this comment and my friends to consider the above points before visiting this branch and if Nagarjuna is looking at this post...please have your staff and especially managers trained in communication skills.

Read moreIf you want to experience eating what’s like eating overpriced worst Biriyani please go to this place.
The restaurant is extremely unorganised, the service people lacks courtesy to the customer and not even bother to be hospitable to the customer. Their only intention is to how quickly they can take the order and put it on the table and go.
Coming to the price the pocket pinch is so much that the pinch will hurt you till hours and remember a combo of worst food with a good pocket pinch.
Their food are extremely overpriced compared to quantity they are serving. The prices are at par with any well reputed restaurant in Bangalore. They are so overpriced that you won’t get a lemon for free even if you ask.
Coming to the taste of food I was wondering they put spices in Biriyani or just boil rice with chicken and serve it as Biriyani. This was an absolute smooth and healthy Biriyani I ever had. Felt like eating curd rice at last , not be mentioned sometime curd rice has more spices than their Biriyani.
If you don’t want to spoil your weekend eatery please go to any other restaurant like meghana in Jayanagar than visiting this place at least you will feel you have eaten something and come out with your stomach full.
The only courteous staff they had was their security guard, who was an...
Read moreAfter a long walk from the place where I parked the car to the restaurant. I was lucky to get the space for me and my daughter immediately upon arrival. After a long wait, we were delighted to have our respective delicacy of veg and non veg. My daughter relished the lip smaking mutton biryani. Apparently, she forgot the Ambur or any other biryanis she had tasted till that time. The chicken kabab added to the treat. The staff were very polite and attentive .
As always, I relished my veg meals with its full might of taste that is retained true to its tradition 😋.
Was surprised to know they have stopped the half plate system, which used to be ideal for children. However, you could get it packed if you are not able to consume everything you had ordered.
Overall I would say it is one of the best place to be to relish the best veg and non veg cuisines.
They have locations so convenient that you can drop in at any major localities like residency road , indiranagar near cmh road koramangala near jnc collage and jayanagar close to Jayanagar swimming pool .
Visit with good planning and time if going in groups or big family as there is good waiting time to get the table if you are there at...
