While i am a big fan of Paris Panini and love the food l and ambience i had a very bad bad experience today. I ordered via Zomato. I ordered French dip wrap, egg wrap (can’t recall the name) and Nutella crepe with ice cream. First of all the dip for the Cheri k wrap was missing. I raised a complaint on zomato and they accepted and must’ve refunded half the amount. Today when i happen to eat the Nutella wrap i found a big chunck of hard paper (like a cardboard) white in colour in the ice cream. I tried raising complaint on zomato was not possible so i called the restaurant directly. The phone was handed over to some guy called Bijomoun (don’t know if i spelled it right) he was rude like super rude. I told him i could’ve got chocked or imagine kids having it he’s like you ordered it via zomato go place a complaint there why are you calling the restaurant? He was very disrespectful and hung up the phone. While u know mistakes happen it was my duty to call and tell them as i love the brand instead of blindly writing a bad review. But this one persons attitude made me want to write this. Learn to treat people right. Very disappointed with Paris Panini Sanjay...
Read moreSome of the most expensive food I have had, but absolutely not worth the price. They also charge service charges on top for barely any service, like as if the cost of the sandwiches themselves is not exorbitant enough. I paid 542 bucks for a maybe 10 inch pepperoni sandwich which I am not even sure filled my stomach. And the waiter was insistent on informing me that if I don't pay 150 extra and make the sandwich into a combo before placing the order, then I will not be able to do so later. Like 540 bucks is not enough for you'll to loot, you want customers to buy the combo as well?? Shameless behaviour, trying to gouge more money from customers for no reason. Never force a customer to do anything, else they will get repulsed. I don't recommend this place, they are charging prices you would actually bloody pay in Paris, but in Bangalore and with local...
Read moreI recently visited Paris Panini, and I must say, their sandwiches, soup, and salad were simply delightful! The flavors were on point, especially the bread, which was outstanding. The food was served piping hot and quickly, making it a great option for a quick bite.
While I enjoyed the overall taste, I couldn't help but notice that many of the sandwiches had a similar taste due to the limited variety of sauces they use. It would be even better if they could experiment with more diverse sauces to enhance the sandwich experience further.
Nevertheless, the quality of the ingredients and the prompt service make Paris Panini a fantastic spot to satisfy your cravings for delicious paninis. If they expand their sauce options, it could take their already tasty offerings to a whole new level. Give it a try if you're in the mood for a warm...
