What to say about the experience. The name is grand, but I experienced their grandness without "r", in Hindi language. LOL.
We, alongwith my Belgium based friend visited the hotel (?) and we were told by the waiter that only lunch items are available when we saw everyone around us was having dosa. We asked about the dosa, he ignored and left the table.
Is this how you differentiate people? The person was dark skinned, spectacle wearing rude person who was in middle row. You can check in CCTV, he clearly said No.
Money, money and money. That poor beggar wanted a big order where he can have handsome tip. Well, don't you pay your staff well? When all other staff are too good I observed one staff who wears glasses and takes order, is annoying n irritating. He is indifferent about the customers. Seems to have attitude. But again the same person came. If A person who doesn't respect his work, should not do that work. He sidelines who doesn't look like classy people. But price is same for everyone. I think owner should observe his service closely. He is not bothered whether customers come back or not.. Atleast if specific tables are assigned to staff, customers will get a Chance of choosing who will attend them. Owner maythink again before keeping such persons.. U may ...
