Pathetic Disappointing and Horrific experience

"Despite the delectable delights offered by Srinivasa Brahmins Bakery, my recent visit was marred by abysmal customer service.

The sheer lack of attention and disregard for timely service showcased a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

It's regrettable that such patroned products are tarnished by the incompetence of the staff.

I implore the management to address these issues promptly to salvage the reputation of this establishment."... We don't BEG we BUY we PAY... Anyway the arrogance of the owners are reflected through the workers...

This is the service at Basavanagudi Branch and much worse is their DVG Road ... Anyway it's indeed a time to leave 4 decades of patronage and look forward better...

It's almost a year eating in this bakery. The best vegetarian cake shop near basavanagudi. 💯 Veg. Felt very good and the cleanliness of the shop is at it's peak. We can see each and every item and then pick them by ourself. There are lot of options for cakes and puffs. Chips, bread, and other snacks are very tasty. But recently the cake I took was not good, it had foul smell, as I asked them they didn't even speak properly. That hurted me actually. But overall I would say it's a best option, as we can handpick any item and check them.
