Gola Sizzlers, Saket — Restaurant in Delhi

I'm writing this reveiw for the Saket mall outlet of Gola Sizzlers and I hope my review will encourage foodies to stay away from this establishment. An absolute waste of money. Terrible highly overpriced food which four persons had ordered. The fish and chips I would have thrown away if I could but unfortunately I paid over 1500 for this dish as I recall.The so called fish and chips came with nine soggy fries. When I asked the attendant for a few more fries he insisted I order a whole plate of fries on charge. In any case, as stated, the dish was not worth it at all. The other sizzlers we ordered, namely chicken tikka and chicken Shaslik were insipid, tasteless and ridiculously loaded with boorish rice. The only positive was that the service was timely. Our bill for 4 persons came to Rs 9766. I would not have paid a penny more than 4000 if it were left to me.

PS: What is the point of grading the service and atmosphere of a place when the food is...

My mother wanted to have sizzler so we visited this outlet today. Even though we are very regular at khan market outlet, we thought to gave this one a try. We were absolutely shocked to been served one of the worst sizzler ever. I can bet that it was not even edible. We ordered veg shashlik sizzler which was served with tomato gravy rice and hardly any vegetables. The rice was undercooked and paneer was so hard. I felt so bad for my family who were utterly disappointed by this experience. I can’t believe that there is so much variation in quality in different outlets. The manager of the restaurant was not at all capable of handling such a situation, he could barely understand anything in one go and we had to repeatedly explain him our order.

Ps - I am a regular visitor of Gola sizzler and have their discount card as well valid till oct -25. Based on my current experience I may not visit it recommend this...

I went to Gola sizzlers saket , hoping for a delightful sizzler experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations.

The sizzlers, which should be the highlight of the menu, were a letdown. The mutton was stale, with an unpleasant aftertaste that made it impossible to enjoy. The accompanying sides and sauces lacked flavor and freshness, making the overall dish underwhelming.

The ambience was decent but not particularly inviting. While the decor was acceptable, the loud noise levels made it difficult to have a conversation or relax during the meal.

The service was average, with the staff being polite but not particularly attentive or enthusiastic. Given the poor food quality and the slightly chaotic atmosphere, I would not recommend this place for a good sizzler meal.

There are better options out there( chillis, laidback etc) if you're looking for fresh, flavorful food and a more pleasant...
