They are famously known as ‘first floor wale chhole kulche’ as the owner sit at a height keeping a watch while preparing the chhole and keeping a watch on the rest of the prep by his staff. My first bite was not impressive as it was full of masala sprinkled over but as I dig deeper into it the simplicity and authentic taste of Chhole was all over. Great taste and good...

Decent chole kulche but spicy. Ask them beforehand to make it less spicy. He adds milk cream and butter as well which is a new addition. You can ask not to add it if you like your chole normal. The vendor has tried to improvise kulche chole to bring uniqueness to his fare....
