This place lacks everything. No good food, no service and no courtesy. The place is good looking but that's it. The service is just flat. The guys kept in changing as we were placing our order. Literally the 4th guy took our final order. The food came on time but disappointingly served. Burger came with 4 pcs of some chips. Margerita pizza had no flavour. The cheese was too salty and the sauce was bitter. Also the crust was made of croissant like flaky base. The burger didn't have any lettuce, tomato, cheese or onions. It was just filled with some sauce and grilled chicken that's it. The French fries were too oily. Only above average tasting thing was the shawarma roll with only downside was the bread. The staffs were super rude and were acting busy even though the restaurant was less than 50% of the total occupancy. When we questioned one of them why the burger is like this he said it's like that only and directly told us that he will call the manager. The manager said that most of the things were either discontinued or altered in the recipe. He gave us a fresh burger as replacement with "added veggies" but it didn't make any difference. I asked for matcha green tea and they gave me a cup with two tea bags. It wasn’t matcha tea. I asked them if it’s matcha tea or not. They said they have green tea bags and gave as per their SOP. Even spoke to their manager to confirm.

However, it never tasted like matcha tea and I had matcha tea enough times to say this. I asked them to show their tea box which has matcha tea written on it. Despite asking many times, the person at the counter never showed me.

I left it as is and asked to refund, and some to and fro. He gave back money very reluctantly and with an irritated face. I was confused because I should be the one being irritated. They couldn’t even show the box they are using.

These are some non-sensical people serving there. Whether it's online ordering or offline, They don't even have the sense to remove an item from the menu which is OUT OF STOCK. I don't know how someone can be so dumb and eat people's time, money and experience by including items that are NOT IN THE STOCK. Like how tough is that? These guys + Zomato guys are enough to waste your time, mood and experience. My money of 4-5 orders are in online transit and my time got wasted. I took time to let the world know how irresponsible these guys are. Beware before ordering or going. They don't have the right address directions and intimation in their google map page to help you reach their so-called cafe which is stuck somewhere in the corner of the goddamn busy food court.
