Review – Kondapur Branch | Pakka Local Restaurant

I recently visited Pakka Local Restaurant in Kondapur, and overall, the experience was just okay—not something I would recommend if you’re expecting good service.

The food was average—nothing special, but edible. It didn’t feel fresh or flavorful enough to leave a lasting impression. It was more like a one-time meal you wouldn’t mind, but wouldn’t come back for.

What really disappointed me was the service. While the welcome at the entrance was decent, the staff at the table lacked basic training and attentiveness. One person who was serving food didn’t know how to serve it properly, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional.

After we finished eating, we realized that some food was still left in the container, which hadn’t been served to us. We waited for about 10 minutes, hoping that someone would notice and help, but unfortunately, none of the staff paid any attention. It felt like they weren’t even looking at the customers who needed service.

In short, the food was okay, but the service was poor. If the restaurant wants to improve, they need to train their staff better and focus more on customer satisfaction. Otherwise, it’s hard to recommend this...

• Lunch dining Review: A Mixed Experience*

I along with 5 of my friends recently dined at this restaurant that left me with conflicting feelings. The ambiance was superb; the environment was cozy, the seating was comfortable, and the lighting was just right, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, my dining experience was marred by several disappointments.

Firstly, the wait time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise given the restaurant's popularity. I appreciated the efficient service.

Now, onto the food. While the chicken and mutton starters were passable, they didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavors were average, and considering the higher prices, I had hoped for more.

The real letdown, though, was the soups. Both the mutton and veg soups were undrinkable. They were excessively watery and lacked any discernible flavor. It was a struggle to finish them, and I ultimately left most of them untouched.

Despite the positives of the environment and service, the disappointing quality of the soups and starters left me feeling underwhelmed. I would recommend this restaurant for its ambiance, but perhaps not for its culinary offerings.

Only positive: Got a good discount...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Today, I had an amazing lunch experience at Pakka Local restaurant in Gachibowli Kondapur, just around 500 meters from Sarath City Mall, Hyderabad 🗺️.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted me and my office friends warmly 🙏. Their hospitality was top-notch! 👏

We ordered: 🍖 Mutton Fry – perfectly cooked and flavorful 🍗 Chick N Crispy Fry – crispy and delicious 🦐 Prawns – fresh and tasty 🍛 Mutton Biryani (with a juicy leg piece) – absolutely amazing and easily enough for 4 people, especially after the mouthwatering starters 😋 🥤 Fresh Lime Soda – super refreshing!

They also served raita, salan, onions, and a delicious pudina chutney on the side – all of which complemented the meal beautifully 🌿🧅.

The staff were super nice, proactively serving us and giving us all the time we needed to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed 👨‍🍳❤️.
