After seven days of detox, this was a perfect conclusion thanks to Chef Dustin and the team here at the Divine Wine Bar. I wanted a quiet evening with crazy prawns and nice white wine, and they delivered. No complaints. My only suggestion would be to chill Sauvignon Blanc even more for guys like me who like ice cold crazy chilled white wine. I love red too, but not white served at red temperature. I think this place is deserving of the association with Relais & Chateaux and worthy of association with Ayurooms. Look forward to coming back. Most of all, I would like to thank Joel who poured my wine and didn’t fuss over any request. Joel is the type of guy who will go from rags to riches because he understands customer care. Maybe he doesn’t. But he is good natured. I would want guys like him to serve if I were to own a restaurant or bar. Full kudos. And thank you.
