Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently ordered two pizzas, the Veg Extravaganza and Tandoori Paneer, from Domino's. I paid extra for the cheese burst crust, expecting a delicious treat. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Firstly, the delivery was incredibly late, exceeding their 30-minute guarantee by a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes. By the time the pizzas finally arrived, they were cold and unappetizing. It was evident that they had been left sitting for a significant amount of time before being delivered.

To make matters worse, the pizzas were not even prepared with the cheese burst crust I had paid extra for. The crust was bland and lacked the promised burst of cheese, leaving me utterly dissatisfied with my order.

When I called the store to address these issues, the staff members I spoke to were shockingly rude and unhelpful. They even had the audacity to cut the call abruptly, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards their customers.

I genuinely regret choosing this Domino's outlet for my meal, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this truly horrible place. Their failure to deliver on their promises, coupled with the disrespectful attitude of their staff, has left a lasting negative impression. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable and customer-oriented pizza establishment...

Pathetic Experience!! I had a terrible experience ordering from Domino's Ravipuram. While browsing the menu, the staff informed me that the combo meal I was interested in was unavailable. If those items aren’t available, why are they even listed on the menu?

The customer service needs significant improvement. I felt uncomfortable when my wife was ordering at the counter. I had gone to wash my hands and she was left to handle everything. There were other customers waiting, so she politely asked if they could take some orders while I finalized ours. The staff response was rude, informing her that she would need to go back and start over if she wanted to make any changes. This could have been handled much better.

Meanwhile, other customers were shouting due to the delays and one of them even got a refund(Picture you can see), which only added to the frustration. As a result, my wife had to make a random order and the whole experience was unpleasant.

Domino's really needs to work on both their menu offerings and more importantly their customer service. If the service remains same then no customer will be visiting and I won't recommend or suggest any of my family or friends!!!

As other Domino’s this one is also a good one. The place is not easily noticeable from moving vehicle and its in the first floor of the building. The place is very quiet and the ambiance is good. Premises is neat and clean. The inside space is not that large but good fore average crowd. The staffs are friendly. The one thing I noticed was that they are not displaying daily offers or something like that. I think there is no table service and you have take it from the billing section. The view from inside to the road is great.

Now there recipes are better than ever. They now use more cheese on the pizzas and the crusts are really softer than before. It makes the pizzas better and tastier.

The one thing which i noticed is that they don’t have parking spaces for the customers. Being in middle of a busy city, it is very difficult to find space for parking so many of customers like me may skip their destination. Parking at the road side is not good because the police guys may attach fine on your vehicle. Otherwise...
