We just had an issue with the one who billed on the 9th of may. He was trying to be smart and get some extra from people who he thinks he could trick. We have just ordered 1 from each which are billed here. And when he told me that two cakes and a scoop of ice-cream cost us more than 1000 i was like what the hell is happening is the dubai chocolate ice-cream cost over 500 was my first thought. There was only one other person behind me and no one else no rush no thing. And he was like I'll serve these to the table and it's not my first time there. So actually i know all about the price cause I've just order the regulars with just one scoop of ice-cream. And i just went on to my table and sat there and had a chat with my wife and told something doesn't seems right amd we waited for the bill to be given. And then came the twist no bill was given just our order was served. My wife went to the counter and asked for the bill and then he started to realize that he was in trouble while having a convo with my wife he started talking to the customer who was behind. She asked how'd fudge brownie is double we only order 1 each from both cakes and if its an accident how did the one's serving it didn't serve it as two for us. And immediately he started saying sorry and stuffs and gave us another bill and we didn't make that much of scene there at that time cause there were other customers too. So people who buy things whatever it may be just double check you bill . Ask them to handover your bill if it's not given while billing cause we are not living in the 1960 or 70 to not get our bills when we pay. People like him are easily trying to outsmart the one's like us who buy things . And i know that the owner would haven't even known anything about this and i think he should have a look on to this matter cause everything else in your shop is top notch you have plenty of staffs to work and serve there and still the first excuse your cashier had was like it was a rush at the counter and you could go and check the cctv there as the date and time are shown on the bill and you could see what they are doing to...

An obvious gem recently discovered❤️ Had been aware of their brand ever since their eruption in kerala and the flock of good reviews in the air, but boy did it take me forever to try out their delicacies and trust me if you haven’t already, then these guys are the undisputed kings of desserts in kochi rn.👑Visited their Kaloor Kadavanthara outlet and on first glance, the place is well lit in terms of ambience and spacious parking on site. The seating is an absolute stunner too with well laid out benches and can accommodate quite a mob. Now to the real winner, the items on offer. Just like the name says, their in-house menu caters across all tastebuds with a wide selection of ice cream combinations, waffle combos and their cheesecakes which were a real delight. Quite honestly, the best cheesecake and the most authentic I’ve had in kerala, period belongs to Paul’s at present. The staff on site are extremely cheerful and their hospitality is simply unmatched. To add to the delight, they offer tasting of their ice creams on almost all of the flavors which could kill the confusion that would arise at the hour on the picking of flavors. As a newcomer is concerned, this is indeed a welcome addition since it gives an idea of the ice creams on offer. The flavors are quite well spread out in terms of offering chocolate, mascarpone, strawberry, wild berry and the list just goes on. The ice creams were creamy and tasted true to their described flavors. Their waffles and caramel sauce combo is an absolute treat for everyone alike. The waffles are soft and fluffy and literally melts into your mouth. The addition of fruits such as fresh strawberries, kiwi, banana as toppings or as part of their combo would make the waffles or ice cream experience even more delightful.
