The food was not at all good and the ambience was ok ok And the service was the worst in my life. We were Sitting in ac dining. We have ordered 4 chicken biryani and 5 chapati and two different curry's one is egg and the other one is veg. The most important part they are providing salad on a small bowl which is not enough and if we ask now they will give it after 5 minutes and in that time we have finished our food. And after that we have packed some of the leftover food from there and the chappati was given in an plastic bag without covering with anything it was very un hygienic and we have parceled two currys and they have mixed it and gave to us.and out of the restaurant it is like a pool of bad water because of rain but they can fit anything so that there customers can go easily out of this Worst restaurant. But No they have not been fitted anything there.
We have Spent 1020rs and we got a service like we have spent 1rs

The restaurant focuses on traditional Kerala cuisine, providing a delightful spread of dishes rich in local flavors. Their biryanis are particularly popular, boasting aromatic rice, tender meat, and a unique blend of spices that are reminiscent of homemade food.
The Malabar parottas, served with a variety of spicy curries, are also a standout, soft, and flaky. Read moreBought carry out from Ummi's kitchen on Chittoor Road and Opposite to Government Girls High School in a corner of the street in Ernakulam South, Kerala, India. It was one of those nights in August 2021 when I had to grab some light dinner after meeting a friend.
Bought few Chappathis and a vegetable curry from Ummi's since I had some good fish and home cooked prawns fry, besides a Chicken curry and fried rice for lunch.
There were only parcels/carryouts available and no dine in option due to the pandemic restrictions imposed. Prices were pretty cheap and service was okay. Probably, could improve cleanliness. Food was okay and nothing extraordinary about Ummi's Kitchen. It's a good food stop, especially late at nights and if you are in a real hurry to catch a train from Ernakulam Junction/South Railway Station which is actually walking distance...
