Extremely disappointing experience at Wow! Momo, Pallimukku on January 30th, 2025. The customer service was unacceptably poor. My party was completely ignored at the counter for 15 minutes, and when we tried to get assistance, the staff member at the counter displayed a shockingly arrogant attitude.

The counter staff not only refused to acknowledge us but also showed complete disregard for customer service basics - no eye contact, no response, and absolutely no interest in serving customers. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for any food establishment.

We ultimately left without ordering due to the staff's poor attitude and complete lack of service. I've had better experiences at other Wow! Momo outlets, but this branch's service standards are terribly low. Management needs to seriously address their staff's behavior and customer service training.

Would not recommend this outlet. There are plenty of other restaurants in Pallimukku that actually value...

I had an experience in wow momo is that first of all there is no cleanliness because even when was sitting i need to change the seat twice because full of housefly some liquid there pour over so completely annoying but no problm im okay with that the real problem is that they charge me around 5 rupees extra in my bill as eco savings charge actually i wanna know on what basis when i ask them told for saving environment okay but need to tell the customer such a things i didnt noticed at first later i discovered. Even they can tell before payment i would have checked but then also they can argue because in bill itself printed thay once bill generated cant be cancel.😡 It an unfair practice they are doing atleast they should take consent from the customer before addding such an amount most people doesnt notice this so everyone should aware of this thing these...

I recently visited your MG Road outlet and ordered momos and broasted fried chicken. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the mark. • The broasted chicken was overly oily, had a burned taste, and the oil used seemed old, which affected the flavor significantly. • The momos did not have an authentic taste; they were heavily overpowered by coriander. • The chutney provided with the momos tasted more like chicken gravy, which didn’t complement the dish well.

I hope you can look into these aspects and improve the quality, as Wow Momo is known for better standards. Thank you for taking this feedback into account.
