Worst club to be in KOLKATA town , the management is very poor, unprofessional and are biggest tricksters. The Floor supervisor (bouncers) are to protect nd safeguard where as the club has exact opposite rules I guess. They don’t even bother to hear the customers side but definitely not knowing the whole reason just with a DJs announcement they would be ready to humiliate you nd kick you out . Even Denys to recognise a regular customer. This is very disappointing , unexpected behaviour. These so called DJ’s takes an advantage of STARDOM which they have definitely earned with their hella dedication nd hard work but doesn’t really give you the right to HUMILIATE a women standing away from crowd. I’m sorry but this has happened with me in recent month. I would not like to mention the names who are with extreme “FAME” according to them. But for people like us , you are able to run a club till early nd calling it a great GIGS every weekend or nights. So respect the ones nd try to change the management. It was my 2nd time on a Saturday night. First of all at the entry the lady must learn some decency that how to talk in a professional manner. I have gone there one time before(2 months back) , at that time they had charged me 1500 for single entry, but this time they demand 2000 for entry(cover charge). The lady as well as bouncers are rude for no reason. At least talk nicely while providing service. Then the bar tenders also need to learn how to behave to normal persons. The look they provide like they are giving you for free. Further I asked him for a small oldmonk , he gives me and charged 700 instead of 350 saying that you asked for big one. Be aware of this fraud while you order something. My night was wasted that day because all of these blunders made by the staffs. At least be nice to persons who are talking to you nicely. Of all the nightclubs i have went this is the worst nyt club experience........stags are usualy charged double or denied entry.......if u want to spend a good time with your boys don't there.......they don't even treat singles as humans as they have no respect for fundamental rights of humans.....you feel that you are in back the collonial era where the brits did'nt allowed indian to enter their clubs ..... the staffs are very rude........if you are drunk they will bill you twice or thrice the actual amount and gives no refund.......its totally an extortion......the manager is strict and very unpolite...don't go there......roxy must be sued for cheating and misbehaving with their customers and to be boycotted before they learn to treat the...
