Recently, we were thrilled to see a new branch open in Wakad, and our visit there did not disappoint. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, which added a personal touch to our delightful dining experience.

The cozy ambiance, despite being a small place with limited seating, is perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.

Despite its compact size, the restaurant manages to create a comfortable dining experience with well-spaced tables and attentive service.

The staff at Uncle Chinese are friendly and efficient, & always ready to accommodate special requests and provide recommendations. Their prompt service ensures that even during busy hours, you never feel neglected. Meeting the owner during our visit to the Wakad branch was a highlight, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction and personal engagement.

My all-time favourite Star Dishes: Pad Thai Noodles: A perennial favorite, perfectly balanced with flavors that transport you straight to Thailand. Chicken Oyster Gravy: Rich and savory, it's a must-try for anyone who enjoys bold flavors.

My anytime go-to dish Burnt Garlic Rice:** My latest obsession, this dish pairs excellently with the chicken oyster gravy.

Uncle’s Chinese is almost there! Let’s start with the good stuff – the Pad Thai noodles had potential, but whole peanuts? Come on Uncle, give them a little crush! Chicken spring rolls were more Sahara than Szechuan – super dry. But hey, the peri peri chicken came in hot and saved the day!

Now for the plot twist – the service. When we asked for a slice of lemon with our drink, we got a confused look and something about… cabbage? The team seemed unsure and undertrained, which really pulled down the vibe.

Recently visited Uncle's Chinese and had an amazing experience! The momos are the highlight – so many options, and the taste is absolutely authentic. We especially loved the Chicken Hot Basil Momos – a must-try for all momo lovers!
