It was delicious. ✅ Anardana Tikka Paneer: Roasted paneer chunks were tossed in chef special spices and anar dana. The paneer melted in our mouth. ✅ Kashmiri Naan Kebab: Minced mutton was infused with Kashmiri kebab spices and served with naan, chutney and dip. Kebabs were aromatic & flavorful. ✅ Himachal Khatta Meat & Chur chur Paratha: It was a lip smacking combination of spicy & sour gravy giving it a unique taste and flavor. ✅ Surat Street Khavsa: A combination of Indian & Burmese flavors bursted in our mouth. It was served with tempered noodles, coconut curry, papdi, fried chili, onions and garlic chutney. ✅ Ras-E-Aam: Rasagulla nestled in rich rabdi and was topped with aamras. Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Bombay Brassarie since the 1990s, and though it has changed locations over time, one thing that has remained constant is its legendary status. Recently, I visited their Colaba location, and I was immediately struck by the lively, colorful, and vibrant decor, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the highlights of my dining experience was the fantastic service provided by Shoaib, who took excellent care of my table, ensuring a pleasant and smooth dining experience. To kick off my meal, I tried the Hot Kadi Samosa Chaat, which I found to be an innovative and delightful fusion of flavors. The dish was beautifully presented, adding to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. Another vegetarian delight I sampled was the Chilly Cheese Kulcha, which was stuffed with cheese and chili. It seemed to be their unique take on the classic chilly cheese toast. One of the standout dishes that I would highly recommend is the Kashmiri Raan Kebab, which is their signature dish. It consisted of minced mutton, much like a seekh kebab, served with naan, pickles, and a yogurt dip. The flavors were impressive and left a lasting impression. Next up was the Rajputana Murg, another one of their signature dishes. While it didn't quite have the punch I expected, the chicken was juicy and tender. The dish featured the flavorsome Shikar masala. I also enjoyed the Anardana Paneer Tikka, a comforting and delicious option that I would encourage others to try. To end the meal on a sweet note, I opted for their kulfi, a traditional Indian frozen dessert. It provided a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, making it a delightful conclusion to the dining experience. I should also mention that their cocktails were well-prepared, and I particularly enjoyed their Pauwa drinks, which are apparently a speciality of Bombay Brassarie. Overall, my experience at Bombay Brassarie was filled with positive impressions. The restaurant has a lot of potential, and it was evident by how packed it was even on a Friday. I am definitely looking forward to visiting again soon. Kudos to the team for consistently delivering a wonderful dining experience. See you...
