Bake Live Studio - Chowpatty — Restaurant in Mumbai

It's a small place with a tiny dine in option right opposite sukh sagar, chowpatty. It's sort of like a fancy/expensive bakery. My preferred food option from here is the baked vadapav, it's not a traditional vadapav, it's more of a bun stuffed with aaloo filling. It also packed with dry lasun chutney in a small pouch. It's reasonable for 25rs a piece. There's also dabeli for 35rs which is the same concept as the vadapav. There are more bakery options like pizza base, pav, whole wheat pav, etc, but these are hella more expensive than your regular bakery, but of course the quality tastes and is overall more superior, but that still doesn't justify the sky high prices for regular items. That's why I only gave 4 stars. You'll also find bagel and other fancy assorted breads. Some of them are special order items. The staff is quite friendly and helpful, overall this place is nice and cozy and great to spend an hour or so...

This is the latest branch of Franchise after Mulund and Colaba. Located at very prime location near Girgaon Chowpaty. About 2mins walking from Chowpaty just opposite to Sukh Sagar Hotel.

Cool place with nice Ambience. You will have American food here. We had Three Cheese Fries, Bruschetta Tosties and Kitkat Shake. All three were very nice in taste, freshly prepared.

They have unique chairs which I couldn't resist to take a photograph.

Small sitting arena , about 12 people can sit at ground level while 10-14 on first floor.

The staff needs training though.! They are simple and innocent people but if trained properly then it will be advantageous for the brand. Same way food preparation time should be as fast as possible. Every item that we have ordered took about 25mins in preparation.

Bake live studio is a bakery + a small cafe with a live kitchen. You can see your food being made.

We recently tried a few baked goods and a few other dishes.

They serve pizza, sandwiches, fries, buns, hummus, burgers, Chole kulcha meals and more.

We loved the chole kulcha..super spicy but delicious. The sandwich and hummus were decent.

Make sure their try their baked Vada pav buns.. they are delicious and flavorful.

I've also tried the baked dabeli, cheese garlic, cheese, chocolate and Nutella buns. All so good.

The fries were decent.

The paneer puff was good but spicy.

Overall the food is good. You can buy snacks, breads...
