ICE LAB Girgaon Chowpatty — Restaurant in Mumbai

Me and my friends visited Ice Lab couple days ago, and it was a really bad experience for us, First the employees there were very disrespectful and they lied to us, they made us wait for more than 45 minutes saying that the other person who will make hookah will be back in 20 minutes and after almost 35 minutes they told me that the person will not come, my friend requested the employee to try if it is possible because we invited more people but the employee came back after 20 minutes and ignored us and when I asked him that wherever the other person is he replied rudely and said it was our fault for waiting, that we should have left when he said that it'll take time and was very disrespectful and rude towards us, he didn't even say sorry for not providing the service. I have to say Ice lab has changed very much, in a bad way, the employees are very irresponsible and disrespectful, me and my friends were furious and have decided that we will never visit the place again. A very quiet place on the main road at girgaon chowpatty, just beside sukh sagar restaurant. The exterior and interior are decent with a simple and elegant design with calm white pallate. They have an upper level too. Have chairs and round tables. The service is prompt but is self-service. All the items prepared are fresh and hygienic and they don't serve any stale/prepared dishes. Tried their 'Lotus Biscoff sundae' and it was yumm. Not too sweet nor too chocolatey. The flavour of biscoff was matching the icecream sundae perfectly. Also tried their 'Blueberry Sundae' and it was horrible. Too too sweet and the flavour of the blueberry syrup was a bit like cough syrups!!😂 Their 'original Nutella Pancakes' were awesome. 6-7 mini pancakes that were bathed in the nutella and liquid chocolates which tasted like heaven!!! Awful experience. Even though the owner was kind and very friendly and the desserts look drooling, the desserts are not worth a penny!

We ordered Nutella Milkshake, brownie and the ice cream was served complimentary by the owner to everyone who visited.

Believe me, I'd never want to visit again. The brownie was hard like a rock. Nutella Milkshake nowhere tasted like Nutella and the taste was so bad that we could not finish it. The complimentary ice cream was also not upto the mark - the chocolate sauce added just spoiled the taste of a plain chocolate ice cream.

When we complained about it, the gentleman told us "yeah the brownie might have been burnt" and sounded okay about their mistake.
