Also they have kept antique bottles on the wall. The outlet is dimly lit is just perfect for having a pleasing time.💚🧡 Coming to foood. They offer lebanese and mughlai cuisine. For drinks we had: 1.Pina Colada Pina colada is made with coconut milk and pineapple juice. The taste of coconut milk with tanginess of pineapple was jus a perfect start. 💚 2.Kiwi Milkshake The milkshake was thick and fresh. Their drinks only will keep you hooked on. 🏅 For starters we had: 1.Chicken mini platter The platter had tandoori chicken tikka of three to four types Malai, Pahadi and normal tandoori. Chicken was perfctly marinated n coooked with cheese drizzled on it all over. The paltter is a mini version of their gaint platter and is totally worth trying!!! 🌟 2.Drums of heaven As when we ordered this dish we were informed that it will take time as it is freshly cooked from scratch. The leg pieces were huge and had more of chicken meat than coating. It comes with a gravy The dish jus tasted divine.💙 For main we had mutton nalli nihari. It had three peices of mutton. It was good. We ordered butter rooomali rooti with the nalli nahari. The roti is so soft with butter rolling all over it turning out to be a perfcet companion with the gravy. For dessert We wanted to try their traditional balkhava but it was nt availbe so we had had caramel custard. The way it was presented was very attractive. The sweetness and consistency could have been better. Caters Blue is a name that is associated with just a good Lebenese shwarma. But many fault to recognise the very good Lebenese food in the menu. On my one such visit to the place, I opted to move beyond the usual. They have a sheesha section as well, which is separate from the dining area. # Chicken Shwarma - So started my meal with the quentessential shwarma. I ordered the special shwarma that had olives and some picked veggies. The hummus, the olives the chicken were a spot on. The shwarma was just perfect. # Coriander, Lemon and Prawn Soup - A very nice Herbed soup with the influence of kafir lime leaf. I just felt it needed more punch of flavours. # Chef's special Chicken Rolls - After the Shwarma this was equally spectacular. The chicken breast pieces stuffed with more chicken goodness, rolled and grilled. Served with some fresh salad, this looked and tasted divine. #Lasooni Disha Tikka - served on a sizzling platter, the fish was so tender and flaky that it melted in my mouth. I just felt the Lawson flavour should have been more. # Tandoori Grilled Prawns. - Great!! Grilled to perfection, these prawns were to die for. Yum!!! # Dal Gosht - Unwanted to explore the culinary treats this place offers so moved away from the usual butter chicken stuff. Tried this age old dish. This was mild and great with the meat working well. Paired beautiful with the Laccha Paratha which had all the Laccha or the layers just popping up. Great. # Mutton Dum Biryani. - The biryani was nice and tasty. The rice was fluffy just like a normal biryani. The mutton was tender and flavoured well with the rice. The raita served was wonderful # Kesar Phirni - A heavy after meal dessert.was nice and refreshing. #Gulab Jamun - Hot gulab Jamun, you can choose to have this with ice cream, I did not as it gets too sweet for me. # Kiwi Smoothie - Kiwi squash with ice cream and milk. Blender till a smoothie texture. It was ok for me. # Watermelon Cooler - I personally feel with a heavy meal like this, a light drink is a must. This was good.Sout for my taste but fresh and light. # Virgin Mojito - Classic Virgin Mojito. The frizz was nice and fresh. Overall, I loved this place for the variety it offers. Not just the shwarma but even it's tandoor section is great. The curry, the rice everything was lovely. Go for it if your looking for a delicious indian meal. meal.

I visited 'Carter's Blue' yesterday with my friend and I must say that if you want to taste authentic Chinese, Lebanese and Mughlai dishes then you may rarely find a restaurant better than "Carter's Blue". This restaurant is located at Fort which is a very prime loaction in Sount Mumbai. The lighting here were just perfect as there was a beautiful sealling lamp for every table. The presentation on the table was decent and I really felt comfortable sitting at this restaurant. Now coming to the food and drinks, the menu have lot of variety and frankly speaking I was confused as what should I have out of such a tempting menu. But in mocktails I had Cranberry Mojito and Green Island. Cranberry Mojito was a bit sweet but when I stired the drink it really tasted perfect. A perfect drink for Mijoto lovers. Green island was a bit thicker but tasted very nice. I am a nonveg lover and I wanted to have some chicken kebab. I was planning to have all of them but I saw this mixed chicken kebab so I ordered it. It had 8 pieces of kebab i.e., Reshmi kebab, Tandoori kebab, Malai kebab and Pahadi kebab. It had cheese all over it which made it look more tasty. Also, we tried Prawns chilly dry and I must say that it was the tasties Prawns chilly I ever tasted. The prawns were perfectly cooked and all the sauces were blended in it. What a lovely dish it was. Now in Main course we tried a Chicken tikka Biriyani which was pretty nice as well and the rice was just perfectly cooked. The rice was not sticky and it tasted smooth. Also you can surely go for Prawns goan curry along with rumali roti. The authentic goan taste was really delightful. The curry was smooth and yummy. For dessert I was confused between Banoffee pie and gulab jamun with ice cream. I went for Banoffee pie as I had never tried it. It tasted good. Overall I would surely rate this restaurant 5/5 based on ambiance, food, drinks and service. U must surely try and visit this restaurant for sure. Best in class!!!👍🏻

Carter's Blue is a cute little place that's located in the fort area, in the lanes of kala ghoda. I visited this place yesterday for lunch with a friend and here's my experience about it. It's a small place with a handful of tables, and the ambiance is very pretty, has kind of cosy vibes. The kind where you wouldn't mind just sitting and spending time here. The blue themed decor with sailor outfit staff just looks amazing. The service is amazing, we had a couple of drinks, two starters one main course and dessert, and still we were in and out of the restaurant in 45 mins which is amazing. Here's what we had- PANEER AJWANI TIKKA Started with starter, it had 6 pieces of tender and fresh paneer cubes marinated with a special masala, slow cooked on tandoor and then topped with ajwain. The ajwain taste was dominant but in a good way, we loved it! HONEY CHILLI POTATO Potatoes cut like fries were tossed in a delicious hiney chilli sauce. The honey Chilli sauce was unlike anything we had tried before. It had a tad bit of honey more than usual, because of which the dish was more on the sweeter side. But it was tasty nonetheless. OREO SHAKE It wasn't the usual oreo, Icecream and milk. This one was actually a chocolate Milkshake blended with oreo. It was thick, not extremely sweet and just perfect to have. PINK LADY If I were ro describe this thick mocktail in one word it'll be: Boomer. It tasted so much like that boomer chewing gum, it was uncanny. It was a sweet drink but man we just loved every sip of it! MANCHURIAN FRIED RICE Our choice for main course was this. It had a good quantity of fried rice served with a Manchurian gravy. The rice was absolutely delicious with the Manchurian gravy. It had a perfect authentic Chinese glamour that we just loved. The quantity and quality was just amazing. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE For dessert we just had this. It was the perfect end the meal. A really delicious chocolate mousse that had a bit of hazelnut it. Loved it!

Carter's Blue located in Fort is very easy to locate and is about half a mile away from Churchgate railway station. It is specialised in Mughlai, Lebanese and Chinese cuisines. The restaurant is well decorated with small lanterns and various wall arts. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The dishes here are authentically prepared and presented beautifully. What we ordered for lunch: ⏩ Cranberry Mojito -5⭐- Fresh Mint leaves, lemon slices and ice cubes added to refreshing cranberry juice and soda. The sour taste of the drink was perfect to go with the appetizers. ⏩ Watermelon Sunset -4⭐- Sweet watermelon pieces blended and mixed with some milk. ⏩ Mutton Goulati Kebab -4.5⭐- It is a Lebanese appetizer. It consisted of very finely minsed mutton meat mixed with several herbs. The circle shaped patties were shallow fried and topped with light salad. The kebabs were served with mint chutney. ⏩ Chicken Nizami Kebab -5⭐- These were very unique type of kebabs as it consisted of two meats, chicken and mutton. These kebabs were formed by covering minced mutton with chicken. The minced mutton was cooked perfectly and it tasted amazing. The covering of chicken pieces was topped with some cheese. The wholesome taste of the this kebab was unique and delicious. It was served with cabbages, carrots and onions. ⏩ Chicken Arabic Shawarma -5⭐- The Arabic shawarma consisted of juicy chicken tikka, gherkins, beets and arabian pickles rolled in pita bread. It was served with mint chutney and garlic paste. ⏩ Chocolate Mousse -4.5⭐- Creamy textured chocolate cream filled in a small cup and topped with a cashew nut. Very sweet dessert and recommended for sweet tooths.
