Read moreI came to know about this restaurant 3-4 weeks back so thought to give it a try for Chicken Soup as it is very nearer to Evershine Nagar Malad and surprisingly soup was so balanced in taste even though I asked them for less spicy. I became their regular customer especially for soup but this time they didn't followed my instructions and instead of less spicy they made it more spicy. I called up in the restaurant they denied the replacement and not even ready to compensate with next order instead person on call was advising me to raise complain on Zomato from their I will not get full refund but some amount of what I paid like come on what do you think of us a begger. Everyone knows to raise complain on Zomato is a headache especially when it comes to food quality and taste. Firstly you spoiled food due to negligence and after complaining you are doing this. Seriously it is truly said most of the restaurants in Mumbai are for 4-5 time visit only. So disappointed not because the food got spoiled but because of service. Whomsoever was on call was very unprofessional even 5 star restaurant take responsibility in such incidence but these resturant really fail to give good customer service. I asked him that if he is unable to send someone I can send soup to him via Wefast so that he can check the issue and asked him clearly if he will do replacement with my next order or not tell me clearly then he said he will do it. But problem is his attitude this is really disappointing how come he treat like this. Are we customer mad or begger who is calling them late night to complain that to when you order from them so often and complain for one order out of 5-6 orders. How is...
Read moreWow, have you ever heard of Curry Culture? If not, you're in for a treat! Their food is absolutely amazing and I can't recommend them enough. I recently ordered from them and I have to say, they never disappoint.
I tried their Sarso ka saag with Makai Roti and Manchow soup with fried noodles, and let me tell you, it was out of this world! The packaging was so impressive, with no spills whatsoever. And even though I'm not usually a fan of sarso ka saag, they made it so well that I couldn't resist. It wasn't too spicy or oily at all, making it the perfect winter meal. The Makai Roti was cooked to perfection, and they even served freshly chopped onions and pickles on the side.
But wait, there's more! I ordered extra fried noodles with my Manchow soup, and they sent me a separate bowl of fried noodles along with schezwan sauce. Talk about going above and beyond! The quantity of soup was also impressive - I've never seen such a large serving before.
And the best part? Curry Culture offers quality meals at pocket-friendly prices. I even got a coupon discount through Zomato, making the meal enough to feed two people. I was blown away by their whole preparation and I can't wait to order from them again. Trust me, you won't regret giving Curry Culture a try. Highly...
