Warehouse - Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Warehouse kitchen and bar is the latest addition and addiction to the number of restaurants located in malad west. This dope restaurant is located in a posh area of Malad west just opposite the famous in orbit Mall.

This amazingly lit restaurant is very easy to find from the main road.

this beautiful hell of a place has a two storage seating with ground floor, first floor and the second floor being a rooftop area.

The ambiene legit gives you the feel of a very Dope and sexy bar and surprisingly the also have a Dance floor to dance your heart out.

I chose to sit on the first floor dining area which is beautiful and lit with all shades of Red yellow and oranges. The seating is very very comfortable and kind of classy. they have a small yet beautiful bar in the corner of the restaurant. I don't think anyone would have done the interiors as well as warehouse kitchen has done it. So Cheers for that.

We ordered for the following-

Bullfrog it is a Red Bull based cocktail with the conc auction of various liquors like vodka gin tequila excetra. The presentation of the drink was really lovely with different shades of blues and greens in it. And it tasted as beautiful as it looked. Highly recommended. 5\5

Red wine sangria- this beautiful looking drink was a red wine sangria. it wasn't the best sangria I have had but it was quite decent. 4\5

Long Island ice tea- I think this was the best cocktail I had over here. one glass of it and you are definitely going to get buzzed and tipsy! 5\5

Aloo kurkure-the smashed potatoes best dish hadd deep fried party of potato which was coated with crispy papad. Attested really delicious especially with their really yummy green chutney. 4.5\5

Paneer cheese tikki- this cottage cheese and regular cheese base tikki was beautiful looking but did not quite stand up to my expectations. 3\5

Pizza veg delite- this was a crispy 12 inch thin crust Italian style pizza with all your favourite toppings on it, and generous amounts of cheese. However I thought the pizza sauce could have been more aromatic and more flavourful. 4\5

Dragon rice- Mildy spicy and aromatic dragon rise was so with a vegetable gravy. trust me when you are two cocktails down, this dish is a heaven to your taste buds and I think you must definitely give it a try if you specially a lover of Chinese food! 5\5

Hot oriental cigar rolls- I really loved this appetizer especially its presentation was literally mind boggling. cigar rolls was stopped with spicy paneer and other veggies and solved in shot glasses with the figures were dipped in spicy Schezwan sauce. Really innovative and lip smacking delicious appetizer. highly recommended. 5\5

Phirni- we ended are made with this delicious phirni. Not the best one I had but it was quite decent. 3.5\5

Chocolate ganache pastry- this chocolate ganache pastry was a heavenly desert that I had in a long time. it was really cool and totally delicious. I am out of words to describe this taste. 5\5

A few non vegetarian dishes my friends had were Prawns koliwada Zaffrani chicken Chicken rojali kebab Chicken breast in peri peri sauce

All the non vegetarian dishes for absolutely delicious and you can blindly order any of these.

A few mocktails included- Melon cooler Dover Bull and berry Cran cooler Naughty girl

All the mocktails were equally amazing.

Mr Aakash and mr Prakash were our hosts for the evening and the did a great job of serving hasmit delicious food and suggesting what to order. There are a very few places around the Dahisar-Malad Link Road strip which actually live up to the hype, a hype created and found only further down across Andheri-Bandra and South Mumbai. It is hard to find places like these, North of Mumbai. This, seems to be a good exception although not of the scale you might be imagining, but considering the locality of a rather subtler middle-class setting of a typical northern suburban region. A nice setup, with a grungy architecture, true to the capaciousness of an actual warehouse, 2-tiered with live music on the second tier in the evenings. A well-decked bar and a decent array of items to order from.

FOOD:

🤔 Chicken Tikka Pizza: Thinly crusted bread topped with processed cheese, peppers, olives, chillies and cilantro. Could have been better as it lacked the "tikka element" to the protein.

😃 Fish & Chips: Batter-fried basa fish with crisp french fries. The batter was well-seasoned, the fish was cooked to perfection. The tartar was pasty and okay. Surprisingly served with mashed potato as well! Loved the dish overall. Went well with our liquid counterparts arriving at the latter portion of the review.

😍 Woodfire Kurkure Chicken x2: The x2 is due to the sheer awesomeness of this one! We ordered it twice! Chicken Fingers fried in a tangy and spicy batter comprising paprika, chilly and a plethora of spices. Served almost like a platter accompanied with spice-fried garlic (tad too salty), spiced potato cubes, corn on the cob, mayo and chilli mayo. The siders were heroes as well and we loved the attention to detail. With a variation of presentation in terms of vibrancy on both occasions. A definite must-try!

☹️ Cheese Garlic Naan: This was soft, dry and doughy despite specifying that it should be crisp. Was strictly average at best.

😊 Sesame Chicken Chilly: Succulent pieces of chicken tossed with white onions, capsicum and garnished with a flurry of sesame. Served with crisp spinach leaves on the side. The sauce was tantalizing. The batter could have been lighter. Overall nothing much to complain about though.

SPIRITS:

Us being cocktail fanatics of the highest order, never leave a chance on excavating bars that serve signature and customized cocktails. So we hoped we had hit the right spot.

😊 Blood Effect: We wondered what this drink not have! A medley of white spirits, whisky, orange liqueur, their homemade elderflower wine! This was strong and had a nice punch but the wine overpowered the concoction. The transcript also had a boastful flaming Sambuca which never came!

🙂 Riskey Whiskey: A light bourbon infused with cinnamon, topped with apple and lime juices, smoked with cinnamon. The sweet woody notes of the cinnamon came out well. The proportion of the juices could have been less concentrated. A decent cocktail overall.

😘 Old Life: Whiskey with house-made bitters, ginger ale and infused with rosemary. It would be a sin to miss this! A paltry three elements but this elevated the drink to astonishing levels! Covered in a huge glass cask to keep the infusion intact and then the big reveal! The rosemary was not too overpowering nor inadequate, the punch of the whisky was on point and so were the mixers. The rustic notes from the herb and the fusion with the liquids was a match made in heaven. We repeat, do not miss this if you are a fan of rustic flavourful infusions.

The VERDICT: 👍

A definite must-visit, although it will cause a hole in your pocket, so mind you. Decent fusions and definitely better options on the madeira front. Some of their signatures are...

Perfect place to party ! In Malad West area , there are many places to party or hangout , but this one was unique and best . All I can say , You will spend good times with friends .

“WAREHOUSE KITCHENBAR” is the Newly Open Place at Malad West . It is located at Link Road , which is quite far from station . They have variety in Chinese and North Indian food .

Ambience is Stylish , this place has 3 levels . the rooftop view is amazing. Service was up to the mark , as the staff was prompt .

WHAT I HAD

COCKTAILS

1)OLD LIFE- Started with bang! This whiskey based cocktail will give you classic taste , it was topped with ginger ale .rosemary flavour makes more impact . For whiskey lovers , would definitely recommend it .

2)BEER UNDER OCEAN - Two things mix up , Vodka and beer mixture with the flavour of raspberry . There is Tuborg beer included. It was not that Strong cocktail , the mixture of vodka and beer makes this cocktail lit.

3)MR DEVIL -Another Classic Combination makes the cocktail attractive. In this Vodka and white rum mixture with 3 things . Pineapple juice , green olives and Jalapeños. Taste was quite unique and good As it looks . The Combination was really good .

STARTERS

1)WOODFIRE PANEER KURKURE - A Classic Presentation , Fried paneer pieces served in a glass topped with mayonnaise sauce . Also it has Corn and Sweet Sauce . Crispy taste with well presented, for vegetarians would recommend it .

2)CHICKEN ROJALI KEBAB - For Starters they have Variety for non vegetarians. Rojali kebab served with chutney and salad . The chicken pieces were proper cooked and soft , so it was tempting. Delicious taste with good looks .

3)TANDOORI PLATTER NON VEG - Must have ! You will get huge quantity. It includes Chicken tikka , Zafrani chicken , Mutton kebab and Kalimiri tikka . Chicken tikka was topped with melted cheese . All I can say, it was amazing to have all these things . The quantity was huge , worth to have it .

4)PIZZA VEG DELUXE - Thin crust pizza served with Mixed vegetables with cheese . the cheese stuffing was pretty good , Crispy taste along with 8 pieces were served , so the quantity was sufficient.

MAIN COURSE

1)PANEER LABABDAR-Made in Punjabi style ,5 pieces of paneer served with gravy , Sweet taste with sufficient quantity.the Combination of this and butter Naan is Worth to have .

DESSERT

1)HOT BROWNIE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM - Most of the people prefer this only , 2 pieces of brownie topped with vanilla ice cream , along with chocolate sauce .

2)CHOCOLATE GANACHE PASTRY - Must have ! Surely a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers . Chocolate ganache is dark chocolate, rich dark chocolate taste topped with milk chocolate slice , This will definitely brings Mouth watering flavour.

Overall I had good time at this place . Really enjoyed the Cocktails , The Presentation of the dishes were good. So , if you are looking for party place in Malad , I will recommend this place .
