Love & Latte is located in Interface 11, behind infinity 2 mall, malad west.

small crowded baristas, the energy radiating from the place,that feeling of romance was what gave birth to the idea of Love & Latte.

Love & Latte tries to bring romance to the suburbs of Mumbai keeping into mind a cozy place that serves gourmet coffee and espresso drinks, with couches to lounge in while you sip.

Boutique Italian-inspired cafe pouring speciality coffees and serving all-day breakfasts.

It provides a perfect ambience for cosy talks, ' informal' business meetings, a place to hang around or just to catch up that corner to read your favourite book. It has calm and quiet atmosphere. It is good getaway from home and chaotic life. One can satisfy their hungry from the food and drink it offers. They have nicely painted walls with quirky art on it. They provide inside ac as well as outside non ac seating. The service was good and prompt.

Drinks

Red Velvet Divine This place serves some excellent shakes. Red velvet divine was divine in taste and flavour. It was full of red velvet cake crumps topped with vanilla ice cream. It was delectable.

Razz Cold Coffee It was medley of coffee, milk and vanilla ice cream . It was lip smacking.

Kiwi Smoothie It was yummy and perfect thick.

KitKat Milkshake Shake which medley of kitkat , milk and vanilla ice cream. It was yummy. Love and latte knows their shakes well.

Ferrero Rocher Milkshake I ordered this shake as i wanted to try it out. I have tried it at other places but here it was just perfect and ambrosial. The moment you sip this you get Ferrero rocher crunch in your mouth. I can't tell how much happy i was to sip this.

Hazelnut Blast cold coffee As the name tells cold coffee with flavor of hazelnut which was expected but it lacked hazelnut flavor and it was sweet.

Tiramisu Hot Chocolate I am person who craves for perfect hot chocolate in cold winter season. So thought of trying this. It didnt taste as i wanted rather it tasted like bournvita.

Appetizers

Mexicano Sandwich It is made on whole wheat bread. It contains red beans , green chillies, white cheddar and fresh coriander .

Jalapeño Popper Cheese Sandwich Sandwiches here are made on whole wheat bread. It is medley of herb cheese spread, white cheddar, pickled jalapenos and green chillies.

Arrabiata Pasta It is combination of Broccoli , olives, red chilli flakes and tomato sauce . The taste and flavours were perfect but pasta lacked sauciness which should be.

Veg Supreme Pizza Pizza with toppings of babycorn, pickled jalapenos , black olives, red pepper , onions and mozzarella cheese . As said above pizza felt little dry. But this problem will be solved as they will turning their kitchen into live one.

Schezwan Aloo & Cheese wrap This wrap contains Spring onion, capsicum, coriander, aloo and cheese. This wrap lacked amount of cheese.

Visited Love and Latte recently and while the food and coffee were impressive, the service experience left me reflecting on something deeper—how often we’re judged by our appearance rather than our presence.

Let’s start with the positives. I was served by a staff member named Gaurav at the counter who not only treated me with warmth and courtesy but also suggested the best pesto pasta I’ve had in a very long time. Rich, flavorful, and made with clear attention to detail—compliments to the chef for that. I also ordered a large espresso and a flat white, both of which were bold and well-balanced. Another staff member—a waiter—checked in on me, noticing my high caffeine intake and asking if I was alright. That small gesture was thoughtful and appreciated.

Where the experience fell short was in the service—from several other staff who were noticeably dismissive. I was dressed casually today, and unfortunately, it seemed to impact the way I was treated. Despite calling out multiple times for a glass of water, I was ignored by some, and when I was finally heard, it still took over 30 minutes to arrive. When I arrived and was ordering, one staff even made a sarcastic comment: “Agli baar main bhi aise aunga, mujhe bhi ache se treat karna.”

It was disheartening, to say the least. A customer’s worth should not be measured by their clothes. Respect should be a standard, not a reward for how someone looks.

Additionally, a few fans were working and most of the tables around the fans that worked were occupied, making the outdoor space slightly uncomfortable, and the washroom latch was broken, which is something that really needs fixing for basic guest comfort.

Final thoughts: The café has great potential. Food and certain members of the staff shine. But until every guest is treated with equal respect , Love and Latte might fall short of the very love...

Already been to many other outlets of Love and Latte but this was superb as it is into a office space and my work place fell very near to it. Moreover I loved how they provide space outside the outlet and ample of space and also a private table for family, friends or couple which is covered so that gives a sense of privacy. Literally loved everything about it.

Elder flower garden Super tasty but also has a bitter taste but goes well with the pizza because too much sweetness fills our tummy quickly.

Peach and Passion Iced Tea I recommend this, it was super tasty and super yummy. I highly recommend this drink it went well perfectly with my starters.

Chicken Puff One of my favorite dish of all time. I order this every time I go to this outlet. Crispy covering and stuffed chicken really tastes well.

Cheese and chilly Twisties Stuffed chicken and cheese outer covering is very soft. Really tastes good but a little heavy for starters.

Peri Peri Chicken Pizza I loved those chicken pieces. Super tasty and very different meat with a Peri Peri taste and the crust is very plain and it's a good choice not a 5/5 but still best amongst the other pizzas available.

Red Velvet Pastry I usually don't like red Velvet much but this red velvet cake tasted really well. And for the first time I didn't find very sweet at the end of my meal as this red Velvet cake was not too sweet just the way I like it.

Ice cream Cookie Sandwich I imagined something else when I heard the name because I thought there must be two sided cakes with ice cream inside but it was hard cookies and ice cream in middle making it difficult to eat. But loved the part where Chocolate sauce was infused making it soft.

Overall loved the place and the ambience and definitely the staff. Staff was really superb and genuine. I loved it and would love to...
