There is no Air conditioner that is working on anytime you visit. Fans are also not working as expected. The atmosphere is very crowded not due to people because of that nonsense music which was not relevant with the place like In McDonald's at Especially in Dadar, All peoples are Indians nor foreigner then why need the english & those songs no one is know actually. Hygiene: There is no clean ness in the place, One drainage point is there & that drainage produces odd smell & how people can sit there No POS machines are working at the self-service food counter then why will people order the food from there & go to the payment window? No charging point appropriately design & almost are broken & not working state. In the seating area furniture is broken & not well maintained.

Overall McDonald's is not maintaining the identity of them & this is India so please provide the services that actually Indian culture &...

Worst burger I have had in India. That’s coming from someone who has enjoyed McD since it launched in Mumbai in the 90’s.

I used to rate between USA McDonalds and McDonalds India, with later as fit for kings. I was fond of McD’s indian flavor profile of the patties and the mild and unique sweetness of the bread. The crisp outside and the well seasoned and cooked meat within. Lettuce and juicy tomato with their sauce— brought back memories of rich taste. Up until my trip in 2023, I had great experience here.

ALL THAT IS GONE. this burger joint has hit ahh bottom in India— i felt sad for the pathetic burger McD India is now pushing in this location. They are using american frying techniques and poor quality ingredients to save a buck for their corporate overlords. I ordered a Maharaja Mac and Fiery McChicken and both were trash worthy.

I highly recommend saving your precious time and enjoying a vada pav with chai at a nearby stall. Forget this place. If McD can save face, it’s probably at the Mumbai Airport location with its McChicken sandwich.....
