Hotel Janapth Cafe Kala Svasti — Restaurant in New Delhi

While taking the booking was so superb and when time to come for service, it's really very very pathetic, first of all dining counter is at very corner where guest are don't know what all available to eat, and winter services also very very poor, suddenly all are getting hidden, not at all service for each and every guests, specially moong dal halwa it's mixed with rawa and served us as a moong dal halwa, really felt too much cheated with us, after all this you have to pay all amount in advance then only they will start the starter hence not at all till then soft ater taking the amount suddenly behaviour will also change, one more point they will not at all cover thier food point that will be opened like how all dhabha are running and making it very messy looks very very un hygienic. Now come to the point of decoration, DJ and photography. Decoration balloons and themes are not at all matching and not at all meeting our expectations while booking you will be ensured that i will take care of it but when time for delivery normal balloons are became sketch balloons,here also payment is in very advance. They don't have name alphabets or Age numbers at all, using it very very old type of things. now DJ - 2 old guys sitting at the desk of dj playing the songs where not at all .matching the atmosphere or the function is going on, very very useless dj nad sounds. Photography - it's unlimited but when you would like to take photos battery's are down and have to leave for home. All over rating for this hotel, food, services and others rating would be (-10). Because what they are charging it and gives the commitments all are fails and not at gonna to fulfill it because once charged or book never...

Will start with Service...One word comes into my mind.... Pathetic....After taking hefty money at the end u will feel cheated....They were reluctant to serve cold drinks to the guest... Imagine the service of starters....they will serve with the speed even slower than tortoise...even insisting to increase the speed, they will beat around the bush and do it in his own way...every guest didn't get the starters...it seems " Free ka khana khila rahe ho"....They were hesitant in even giving the starters....God knows where was soups... Chicken monchow soup was not seen anywhere. However it was in menu....Hardly they would have served corn soup to 10-12 people out of 50 guests....Only good thing over there was ambience...Food taste was above average....don't suggest anyone to organise the Event there... after reading previous reviews got to know that it is there usual practice to do the same...so think 10 times before organising the event over there....before the event they will be very sweet and pretend as if they are very professional...but u will see their real face once the event starts...hope this review will save you from facing...

We ordered papdi chaat. Pizza pesto pasta vada pao. Pao was the best and then papdi chaat. Test everything was like tasteless. Absolutely no flavour or even salt. Food was too bland I really am sorry to say even tea was not good. Music was loud so it was difficult to talk Air conditioners were either not enough or were not working properly. It was hot sweaty and staff was polite but their services were very poor. Except one lady staff rest all were doing something or the other but not...
