The Whole Restaurant is sprawled across to two floors, Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor and the interiors of the place are very beautifully done with each wall having some nice colorful wallpaper. On a Rainy Friday, we were invited by the Holiday Inn- Bella Italia, as I already visited that place so I didn’t find difficulties to reach there. We arrived little sooner to our reserved time which is 7. We have exchanged our greeting with Marketing Head- Ms. Anjali Panicker and Head chef Sachin

Great place, must try. Mr. Ashish took great care of us, and i couldn't get the name of his colleague who made me a unique mocktail, which was just as per my liking, kudos to him! The only reason for not going for 5 stars is the various pastas. We tried the arrabiata & pesto in fussili both not very great. We also tried in-house freshly made ricota n spinach pasta, which had a great sauce, but the dough felt too tight and thick and overpowered the other flavors. So, in general, I wouldn't recommend the pastas. But definitely try the salads, starters, pizzas, and rissotos. We also tried their pinsa romana sandwiches, which sounded interesting, but the oil they had used to make crust super crunchy was affecting the flavors of the filling. The pizza had an amazing crust, well cooked freshly made my my! Lovely! The sauce is a little dicey thing. Some might like it some not. It's not very strong in flavors. And to complete our dinner we had to get the tiramisu, it was amazing! Ways to improve the tiramisu would be to do the cocoa powder coating properly instead of doing just for the sake of it, but still the flavors, the mascorpone, the soaked lady fingers everything was just right! I couldn't understand why they served the tiramisu with an additional espresso shot, a chocolate syrup shot, and a single lady...
