#Negative Review# Baghban Restaurant Camp#
After a long time I had been to one of my favourite place the " Baghban Restaurant" located In Camp opposite Victory Theatre as it was my parents anniversary celebration. To my dissapointment they have a very limited items in the veg column... And first three out of the starters column was available only rest they said its not available... Only Paneer was available... So we ordered Paneer tikka.... But.. To our dissapointment the tikka din have taste at all.... Same we had ordered kheema ghotala but again the same thing....i didn't feel like we had kheema... It tastes more like egg bhurji...after giving the feedback we got the answer that green peas were added that's y the taste is so.
The worst experience was when I saw the hotel treating a group of friends very ridiculously. They were asked to sit and after taking the orders the staffs were putting the lights off inspite of them taking their order...
Then the food that they ordered was not good n so they complained about food being very oily and also no taste. Paneer tasted sour and and the staff said its fresh and they argued but the person who handled wasn't humble at all... He said we make the food this way only...
The moment kitchen door opened I could notice a lot of noise and shouts of a big fight among the kitchen staff so may be the orders were highly disappointing.
All what I noticed was that it seems that Baghban Is well established that's y they don't care for any customer around and customer service is at zero level and unnecessary it's highly priced.
I won't mind paying high but the quality of food should be beyond expectations
Highly disappointed with the experience that I saw... This was my last visit to Baghban and I would definitely never ask anyone to go there
For Baghban management......Today u have grown so much bcoz of the regular customer and quality... If u don't preserve this till end... Customer service oriented people will never...
Read moreLet me share an honest and current review of this hotel. Im at the restraunt right now. I remember last visiting this hotel about 7 yrs. All i remember then, it would have a lot of waiting outside serving good food taste. Their delicacy like the dalcha and biryani also had authentic taste. But now, let me tell u, its not the same or even closer to what it was. Starters that we ordered were extremely dry and with absolutely no taste. No option of rumali roti, even after it being in the menu for my senior parents. No option for soup. Starters and main course, all came together. After telling the waiters, to change the plates post the starters, he came with a rush and started banging all the plates with taking them back. Basically, there are a lot of options in the same area, with better or i could say excellent service and food. The one and only Captain available to take the orders, collectively kept forgetting what we ordered. The chicken bhuna and paneer tikka masala had the same gravy with the same taste. The only thing, my father could eat [because he wasnt able to chew the tandoori roti or the butter naan] was the mutton biryani, and the white rice with the chicken gravy. Honestly, my father isnt a rice person at all. Over and above, to say it all, it is my brothers bday. !!. There is Monafood, Dorabjee, Radio can also...
Read moreThis place needs no mention to the general public a very well know place in the city but somehow feel like the services are deterioting.
So went to Bagban the other day with couple of friends from my first company I worked with some very high expectations from this place.
Ordered Mango milkshake, Bheja Fry, Dalcha with rice.
First thing that was ordered was Mango Milkshake which took like freaking ages to arrive on the table as fresh Mango was been plucked freshly from the tree and then shake is been made fresh for the customers. We wanted to order more but the speed of delivery made us not to order.
Coming to food now. For starter we guys ordered Bheja Fry which was really yum. For the main course we ordered Dalcha with rice and one more thing in mutton ( forgot the name now ) with rotis. Coming to Mutton Dalcha it was really yum from the rice served along with it and mutton pieces and the gravvy was adequate for we 6 pplas we had it post the first main course.
Overall the food was good. But what dissapointed us all was the delayed service rains or no rains is no exception for delayed services. Pricing is on the higher side...
