Bear in mind this is a review of the eatery in comparison to other Street side eateries and not with any fine-dine restaurant.
The white sauce or pink sauce pasta is very good, especially if you like the Indian cheesy type. This is the best in Pune so far, even amongst fine-dine restaurants. Note - this is not the authentic dry Italian type pasta, but the typical cheesy gravy Indian style pasta.
The pizza, cold coffee, mocktails are okay.
I had a mixed experience with the service, atone time it was fast and at another time it was super slow. The restaurant where they have proper seating is better during the afternoon, but the street side cart serves better in the evenings.
Nothing to write about the atmosphere, it is a street side cart and restaurant, so be prepared to stand and eat. It gets very crowded in the evenings especially during the weekend.
There is paid street-side parking available on MG road for 2 wheelers, not aware of parking availability for 4-wheelers. Do park on MG road, don't try to drive to the restaurant in the evening as it is amidst...
Read moreIf you love pizza or kinds of pasta then this is a place that you must visit. You will forget about domino's and pizza hut when you will have a bite of the crunchy pizza that Shree Krishna Pizza has to offer.
And the pasta, whether it is the red pasta or the pink or the white sauce pasta, all are so yummy and delicious.
We traveled to the opposite end of the city when we heard about it and after tasting the pizza and pasta here, we are totally in love with it. All thou the place is small but it is well decorated and is clean.
We ordered a red, white sauce pasta along with the SK and RK pizza. Our total bill for 2 kinds of pasta and 2 pizza was 510 and it was totally worth it.
A lot of other options like juice ice-creams and chat, pav bhaji stalls are also available around it. Parking is an issue here as it is located in a very crowded area and hence it is advisable to come on a two-wheeler or by parking your car at a fair distance from the place.
Surely this is a must visit place if you are...
Read moreVisited this place with friends and the ambience was great. There's a TV so you can watch cricket matches during IPL/world cup season. The pizza and pasta were the best I've had in a long time. However nachos were very bad. The only good thing about them was the actual tortilla chips which are probably store bought. It was just some shredded cheese and very little queso (whether it was actually queso or just some random cheese sauce is questionable) The pasta was nice and creamy, served with garlic bread. The bread was a bit tough but it's forgiveable for the pasta. The pizza was very good. Thin crust but not thin like a papad. My friend who wore braces could easily eat it. The toppings were superb. We'd ordered the Paneer Tikka and it was eh at best. Those who like it will love it but not for my taste. Over all good food. Will visit again just to try the other...
