Lakeside Udaipur — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Location was ok inside the gali but it was lakeside. The rooms were good but the service was very poor. Nobody is there at the entry. You have to go 3 floors up to contact owner or any other person. No lift. Our check in time was 11am but they gave us around 1pm because the other guests were not leaving. Then they gave shower gel and shampoo and when we ask for soap, the onwer denied by saying soap is not provided, was your hands by shower gel only. It was not the matter of washing hands but owner behavior towards guest. Then there comes their rooftop restaurant. Live music was arranges by them but it was not a family atmosphere. Sitting arrangement was not proper. Chairs were too bad and dirty and menu was shared torned. We left in 2 min and noone was bothered to ask anything. Then our breakfast was included. We ordered paratha and omellet and after half n hour waiter informed that omelete will not be possible. Then why are you taking order. Simply just tell what you have and we will order accordingly. Then they gave paratha that too burnt and when we told them, then they were not even bothered to change it. And we left without breakfast. Paid 5000 for this...

Worst Experience Ever! Big Fraud Alert!" I booked a stay at Lakeside, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare! They took 100% of the payment upfront, and when I and my family settle in the room the experience was disgusting. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to get a refund, but they are refusing to do anything about it. This hotel is an absolute rip-off. The manager is rude, childish, and has zero respect or manners toward customers. It takes forever to get anything—nearly 40-50 minutes per order. I ordered milk for my child, and it smelled off, almost fishy. The next day, my child VOMIT NONSTOP, which was extremely concerning. The place is unhygienic and completely unsafe for families. Safety issues, we were only guest in hotel in night no one other than us in hotel, delay service, fake promises The location might seem prime, but it’s clear that due to their dishonest practices, customers are staying away. A few days back we were invited by @lakesideudaipur @hungrysoul23 to taste their food and drinks. They served a few of the dishes like :-

1. Hakka noodles
2. Paneer chilli
3. Pizza ( paneer veggies pizza and veg exotic pizza)
4. Chinese sizzler
5. Vanilla Shake

Hakka noodles were not very good in taste, paneer chilli was crispy and too saucy. Pizza needs to be better than this, as the base was not so good which needed to be in thin crust. Sizzler was good and too saucy. The shake was normal and so sweet, the sweetness needed to be balanced . This place is having an open rooftop sitting with 2 floor, and also have an indoor sitting. This place gives you an amazing vibes with lake view.
