Bao Bao — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I recently visited Bao Bao restaurant in Mylapore and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I went to this restaurant on three separate occasions, and each time I was met with a long line and poor customer service.

The staff informed me that it would take 15 minutes to even take my order, which was already a bad sign. Then, I was told that it would take an additional 30 minutes for my food to arrive. This is completely unacceptable, and it happened every time I visited.

To make matters worse, the food itself was terrible. It didn't taste like authentic Chinese cuisine at all, and I found myself struggling to finish my meal. On one occasion, I witnessed a customer throw their entire Bao into the trash bin and complain about the poor quality of the food. Instead of taking this as feedback and trying to improve, the employees actually asked if they wanted to give a compliment!

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The long wait times, bad customer service, and subpar food quality make it a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and find a different restaurant to dine at. Seriously over...

Today I went to boa. I felt disgusted after seeing the scene there. I was welcomed by a huge goat which was scavenging the dust bin and left over kept in front of shop.Then a dog was waiting to grab a piece and run. Having seen the rubbish scattered all over the front of the shop ,a big rat was running between the shops and here.My friend ordered a dynamite chicken boa and was immediately reprimanded.The chicken quality was very very very bad, the stale taste of the chicken was coming very heavily, so the staff tried to over burn the chicken by hiding the staleness.But it was obvious as when my friend squeezed the chicken water was ozzzig from the chicken.Please all don't go the shop First quality checking has to be done...

One of the very worst food and service I ever experienced. Donno how people reviewed this 😕 good. It's just a bun with lots and lots of mayo. People who eat this should really taste exact bao so they can figure the difference.If you have money buy something good and healthy to eat and kindly never buy this for your kids because the inner patty they serve is very hard and the meat is frozen long time. No water to wash hands customer service( a lady in the shop) she always wear a headset dunno whether she speaks with us or with someone. Lookwise nice because seems lots of stuffing. A complete disatrous service and worst food. Still want to explore this...
