WORST EXPERIENCE. I had booked table for 4 guests to attend their special thursday tamil light music. 3 guests are NRI's who were very excited to attend the light music evening. we have booked the seats 3 weeks earlier. We entered the bar by sharp 8 pm, for my surprise they allotted us seats facing the entrance , those singers were performing behind us , forget not to mention, 2 of my guests are ladies who have been flown from abroad, we had to turn around & look for the performance. We even made repeated requests to provide proper seating for us, but they kept quiet. Then came another waiter who told us proper seats would be given only for the regular members, that was a blow on our face. Then might as well run the bar only for the regular members, why do you have to welcome new members & disappoint them. When non regular members call for bookings , tell them you dont entertain new visitors. SUCH A WORST PLACE THIS IS. IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE FOR US, TOO MUCH ATTITUDE BY THE STAFFS. A nice and quite place to have a drink and chat. Good variety and priced reasonably. Their short eats are fresh and delicious. You can order food either from the bar menu or from the menu of their other restaurants. The Jalapeno Cheese poppers are amazing and the Chin Chin Fish is just fantastic. Cost of food + drink for 2 is close to 2500. Reservations are not required except for Thursday's when they are booked completely. Apparently there is an Illayaraja special going on every Thursday. If you are lucky and manage to get a reservation on Thursday, rest assured you are bound to bump in to at least 1 celebrity from tinsel town (That's what I am told). Pretty bad in terms of customer service. They have a show every Thursday. I called them for over 2 hours.

One person said the bar is down for renovation. The bar would not pick my call (Message: Subscriber is not willing to take your call). I call the front desk. They try to connect me to the bar 5 times and the call gers disconnected all 5 times. The 6th time, the front desk tells me to come over. I ask them if there is a table and they tell me to come over. I spend Rs. 300 to come and I am told they won't let me in with shorts.
