Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Had worst experience in this place. We spent around 2000+ rs on this day. This place is very near to our office, we friends are hanging out here frequently. But today we had very bad experience with their service. Their activity is very rude. They literally harsh on us if you spend time as not you expected. We 4 friends are working on startup idea ,Previously it was our very good hangout place. Now I won't recommend to any of my friends here, and I won't come here anymore.

Even we are discussing something very important, they frequently come and pointing their brochure to order anything. It was so mannerless. Please management train some manners to your employees and send them to do service.

Afternoon we spent around 3-4 hrs and ordered 4 frappe some pocket snacks 3 woterbottle 1 mojito

We went out had our dinner and came back on 7:30pm and we were full and ordered only one ice tea. While they getting order asked only one order? Only one order?. That was with some humiliating tone. I don't know this is how you treat people. We said we are full but we order so much afternoon . And they said you went out and came so you are using the place without order much. But where it's gone out spending of around 2000plus rupees.

This was the experience you guys tell me. This attitude was right or wrong? If you have time limits then mention it in a brochure based ons spending your hangout time will vary. And please remove this line from our website 'CCD to the youth is a "hangout" spot where they meet people's.

Recently, when I visited CCD Nungambakkam, one of the store service member asked me to order food in a rude tone or leave if I don't have anything to order, that same day I have already spent close to 2k and the store was almost empty when he approached me and my friends this way, he said that we are occupying the space, so we need to make an order, felt really disappointed with this kind of customer experience and service, where the CCD service member forces us to order or leave in a rude way when we have already spent in thousands. I have been a CCD Nungambakkam long-term customer for over 20 years and have some good memories until now. These days I visit on and off during the weekends. My average order value would be around 1.5k and my overall life time value would be huge but this is the worst experience me and my friends encountered today. CCD management, kindly train your members about customer service or else you would lose many long term customers like myself and I regret referring people from my network to visit CCD...

This was a place were my wife and I dated before marriage. We took our kids there after 20 years to reminisce the good old days and was totally disappointed. The place used to be lively with people, but there were hardly 3-4 people. Despite this and with only one staff, it took another 30-45 minutes to serve us. The furniture needs a good refurbishment with cushion seats sagging down. The air-conditioner was only blowing air with no cooling at all. The staff seemed disinterested and had to be cajoled into telling us what's available. The saving grace is that the quenchers and sundaes still tastes good, but when we found a cockroach on the billing counter, it took away our sense of satisfaction...
