Pathetic Experience at Domino’s Nungambakkam Branch
Ordered a large pizza from the Nungambakkam branch today at around 1:20 pm. Shockingly, it took more than 2 hours to reach us, and the delivery was finally made at 3:30 pm. When I asked the delivery agent why it took so long, he casually mentioned that they were short on delivery agents and that every order was getting delayed.
I was shocked by his attitude when I said I wouldn’t pay for this dried-up, cold pizza. Instead of showing any concern, he just told me to cancel the order if I didn’t want it! Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was connected to someone named Senthil. He was even more unprofessional. Initially, without understanding our concern he was offering a small reduction in cost for delivering late, but when I declined, he finally suggested sending a replacement pizza. But nobody turned up after that.
This level of service is simply unacceptable, both from the delivery agent and the so-called manager.

Read moreThe pizzas were cold and tasted horrible since they were sitting in the store for almost 2 HOUR'S the zinger was extremely small they could fit in 3 fingers of my hand I tried calling the store they didn't respond until I called them 5 times and the reply for not picking up the call was that the person was working like obviously u are working it's your job to respond to the calls and the sause packed were broken in the bag and many of the pizzas didn't look like pizzas, they are supposed to be curricular but they looked like burnt squares. If u order from any other pizza shop atleast they have the decency to give good quality pizzas even if they are 2 HOUR'S LATE. There is a quicker delivery time from apps like Zomato and swiggy, and on the veg "loaded" pizza hardly had any toppings, and their own apps chat bots typing option really needs to be updated. Not only was the food delivered incorrect, but it was also a very serious mistake — I had clearly ordered vegetarian food, but was served non-vegetarian instead. This is completely unacceptable and shows negligence in handling customer orders.
To make matters worse, the delivery staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional and rude when I pointed out the issue. This kind of service from a reputed brand like Domino’s is very upsetting and unacceptable.
I request you to: Take immediate action regarding the wrong food served. Ensure such mistakes do not happen again, especially in cases involving vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders. Address the inappropriate behavior of your staff. Provide a resolution/refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused.
