Had visited this place on last Friday for Lunch. We had earlier been to the Harington road branch long before, we wanted to try something other than our usual stuff so decided to visit here. It's right on 100ft velachery Bypass next to sangeetha. The ambience is good. The tables were relatively free. We had ordered Tomato soup, Sev puri, Paneer kofta sizzler and Rabdi.
Tomato soup was Thick and creamy as I would Like to be the bread in it was not fried like in other hotels. I was as good as what you get in other good hotels.
Sev puri. Was just very ordinary. I felt it was a little stale. Had very good amount of sev. But it tasted just OK. Not that great as in Gangotree or other chat places
Paneer kofta sizzler was the star of the day. It had French fries, paneer pulav with paneer kofta. All were yummy. The French fries were fresh. The pulav was very flavourful. It had been such a long time since we liked the pulav in any hotel. This was just amazing and tasty. We loved it. The paneer kofta gravy was very yummy. It was a yellow gravy made of cashews and onion with couple of koftas. It was very tasty and more over it gelled well with the pulav and French fries very well and it was a sumptuous meal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits here
We wanted to order a desert after a great meal. So Rabdi was also as good as what you get in Pind and other Punjabi restaurants. It was not very sweet. Just sweet enough to feel happy.
Overall we enjoyed this lunch so much. Will visit again and try...

Read moreI recently visited (12/29/24, bill number 29314) this restaurant for the first time, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow despite us being only two people. We entered at 7:10 PM and placed an order for two starters right away. It took over 50 minutes for the starters to arrive, and when they finally did, they weren’t hot. It seemed like they had been sitting ready for 15-20 minutes before being served.
After the starters, we immediately ordered dal makhni and one piece of naan. This, too, took another 30 minutes to arrive. To top it off, when we ordered one extra roti, they made us wait over 10 minutes for it. Despite the sluggish service, the staff quickly brought the bill just two minutes after serving the roti while we were still eating. They even started cleaning the table around us, which was very unprofessional.
Adding to the frustration, a 10% service charge was included in the bill, which felt completely unjustified given the poor service. The food quality was average at best, and overall, it was a very...
