Don't go by the negative reviews - just go there and see for yourself. They're a bit understaffed, but they make up for that with their cordial behaviour. The only drawback is there's no pizzas, no hariyali chicken in bbq and no ice cream rolls. (However,If you're a Bengali - you'll love this place cuz all the staff here are Bengalis too!) DO NOT forget to look at the menu stand on the table - at times they might forget to serve some grills because of the load - just politely ask them for the specific item and it'll be there in a jiffy. Starters? You know the drill. Routine chicken, prawn and fish skewers flamed to perfection. Notable veg mentions: bbq pineapple & cheesy potato.As far as exotic stuff are concerned, I tried them out in advance so you won't have to do it yourself (kidding!). My judgement:- Rabbit - fibrous, mediocre Duck - chicken, but more firm Quail - if you're scared of trying others, just go for this..tastes like tender chicken meat. Shark - Sea bass, with a punch. This was the one I liked the most among the exotics! Must try (I didn't try the other stuff like emu, octopus etc. cuz I was full, but feel free to do so yourself. Nothing ventured, nothing gained)

Coming to the mains, don't expect anything too extraordinary - this is a barbeque and mains aren't their specialty. However, I must say the Nizami Gosht (mutton) - was really soft and delectable! Their veg biryani was cooked in Hyderabadi dum style - the smell was out of this world. This is not your roadside stuff..it was like some five star mutton biryani rice with veggies. It's really mysterious how the chicken biryani tastes so different from its veg counterpart though - such a shame.

Desserts were decent - the cakes were a bit hard and the phirni was a bit too thick, but hey, the variety they serve at this price tag is pretty mind boggling. Not much room for complaint. On the bright side, their churros and jalebi were really awesome. You should definitely try the ice cream with paan toppings - its not paan flavoured like they do in bbq nation - but its pretty great in its own way. The more toppings you add, the merrier. Trust me.

If you're not feeling full already, go for momos, soups, paanipuris and breads. Did I mention they also serve naan? Plus, if its your special day - they'll arrange a small cake as well, for free :) Do book in advance, if possible. They have really high demand: if they reach full occupancy, they might have to turn you down - better safe than sorry. **Only one negative aspect : you can't book beforehand for a single person. It is what it is. You need to walk-in and check. No stars deducted because the staff were polite enough to get me seated almost...
