I went here for the cream puff! I liked the cream but not the bread. The cream wasn't too sweet which is perfect for my taste. The type of bread wasn't the best combination for the cream. The bread must be soft or maybe melts in the mouth, instead, the bread had a thick texture and a little too hard to chew. The price is a little expensive for the quality of it. It was also too messy to eat. When you bite, the cream falls. Also there were 3 people in the cashier area but no one took the order. One lady was taking the order of other customers and i waited for her to finish that. The other 3 didnt even initiate to take my order. If you are in this kind of business, you have to have the initiative to take people's order, assist them to their table when you see them walking in or even ask what they need when they enter your establishment. You dont wait for customers to approach you. I hope you make the improvement especially your service.

This is a small little bakery in Ubud but they have a lovely variety of cakes and gelato. There is a wide range of flavours available. The gelato is quite authentic. It is very light and airy. They have local flavours as well like the pink dragon fruit. However I tried the usual favours (half Oreo and half caramel). Both the favours tasted great. I loved the texture of the gelato as well and they also have the options to choose from a variety of coloured cones for your gelato. The bakery is near the Ubud market in from of “Circle K” supermarket so it is quite easily locatable. I would highly recommend you trace this little dessert place down on your Google maps when you’re in Ubud next and stop here to satisfy your sweet tooth. The bakery items were fresh and I’m sure you’re gonna enjoy the desserts here.

I am seriously surprised of the great quality of the food here for a bakery😍 the soup was the best i have had in my whole life, bread felt like it was just out of the oven fresh, still warm🍞 corn soup was perfectly salted and tasted really yummy 😊 Mango juice also the best we have tried in Bali, really fresh fruits😍 We asked for spicy noodles and got excactly that. Very happy with the good service. ☺️ Price was 182k for everything you see in the pictures (1 big size noodle, 1 mango juice, 1 crepe cake, 1 corn soup inside fresh bread)💲 Will come back for more 😍 We really recommend you to try this before you leave Ubud 😊 If this review was helpful, please consider giving it a 👍

I went to this branch and the other branch. This branch really needs to improve on their customer service.

One time, the trainee came to take order and he couldn't speak English at all. He didn't have a proper notepad to take order with, and he had to write it on his hand. He couldn't speak English and he insisted to speak with me in Indonesian. And most of the time, the staffs weren't that polite or helpful - maybe because I'm Asian and not white. Finished my dishes and they just never come and clear the table. But they would go and clear the table for other customers. Even the store manager is like that too.

Despite all that, the food and cakes were good. Coffee is just very normal. The cakes would have discount sometimes - but make sure and check with the staffs first. A few times I ordered the cake with 20% off, but at the end they charged me the regular price and they insisted that they gave me the new cake and the discount was over. But the discount tag was still out when I ordered the cake ... and to be honest, how do you tell if the cake...

I have sweet tooth. However the cake from this place didn’t really satisfy my sugar craving.

I tried several menu here: The tiramisu crepes didn’t have any taste of tiramisu. The donut was terrible — it was a bit dry. Meringue - it’s ok Matcha — not so bad. Turmeric jamu — its was quite nice, I liked it.

My friend tried matcha crepes, I didn’t really how did it taste tho.

The place itself was not comfy at all. It was like an old store, everything was placed anywhere they could, the lighting and the paint made the place seemed sooo gloomy!

The toilet was outside! And when I went there, they were under construction and it was raining, so just imagine 😌

The waitress were amazing, but the parking guy was questionable! There was another car behind ours, so we asked for his help. He said wait and he kept smiling watching tiktok on his phone!

So yeah we waited for a minute in the drizzling night while he watched tiktok 😂

So overall, I see nothing special...
