Terrible. Bought a ring in the store, there was a black painted design on the ring. I asked the owner of the shop if it would go off with time, he told me that it would not, I took the ring home and only after two days could I already see the white plate under the black, so I went back to the shop and said I wanted to have it refunded, he said that he could paint it again and then it will stay painted, I said okay because he was a little difficult to have a conversation with, he kept interrupting me, I Had it painted again, and after 2-3 days it had the same result as last time, I again went to the shop, but they didn’t wanted to give me my money back, they said only the boss could do it, and he was on waycation for a month, I kept discussing with them because I wanted my money back, so I ended up going to the police because they were awful, I came back with a police man, and then the owner was back, funny enough. I ended up getting half of the price I payed returned, with nothing more that I could do, so to everybody, don’t buy in this shop, of course it’s probably not the same with all products, but if you end up in the same situation as me, then there’s not much to do. I was there yesterday and bought one tiny silver ring and two pairs of stud earrings. I was in a hurry because I had a spa appointment so when she showed me the price I was thinking it was very cheap but it ended up being over 1 million idr. When she showed me on the calculator it said 1640 which would Have made sense for the small amount that i got. Went in thinking prices were reasonable. WRONG!! The price she showed me on the calculator were made to look like 250k and 270k. Ok, great I thought.
