I recently had the pleasure of trying the burgers at this establishment, and I must say, they were truly awesome. Here's my review of the experience:

Including the tax in the price would help eliminate any confusion or surprises when the bill arrives. It would contribute to a smoother and more transparent dining experience, ensuring that customers can make informed decisions about their orders.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of this restaurant, visiting almost daily over the past month. We’ve tried about 90% of the menu and enjoyed most dishes. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience with the smoked chicken tacos. The chicken tasted old and lacked freshness, but the worst part was the pickled onions—they were SPOILED. At first, I thought it might be a unique taste, but after smelling them, it was clear they had gone bad, with a smell resembling a trash can. I couldn’t eat more than one taco; the overall taste was unpleasant.

I informed the waiter politely, and he acknowledged the issue after smelling the onions himself, promising to take the dish off the bill. However, another waiter later came and insisted the onions were fine, saying that’s just how vinegar smells and that the chicken tasted that way because it’s smoked. As someone who loves pickles and makes them at home, I know the difference between the smell of vinegar and spoiled food. This explanation made the situation worse, as it felt dismissive and as though they were blaming me for the issue.

To make matters worse, they still charged us 40k for the meal I barely touched (you can see in the photo how much I left). I would have gladly continued visiting the restaurant if they had simply admitted the mistake and apologized, but the way they handled this situation was unacceptable.

We ate at Taco Casa but were given the Soul Bites menu as well. My sister ordered beef tacos from Taco Casa and a friend and I ordered the fish tacos from Soul Bites. The next day my friend and I were VERY ill, and it started within 30 minutes of each other. While I can't be 100% certain, my educated guess is that it was the fish tacos that caused it as this is the only meal my friend and I ate the same and my sister did not get sick.
