The most unworthy IDR 250k I've ever spent.

Poor service When I first came the male receptionist (kind of broad figure, idk his name) was very friendly and helpful. However, the lady wearing kimono who was taking me to my table had literally NO smile on her face. It was as if I did something terrible. If you're reading this, kimono lady, I don't know whatever you've been through but when it comes to work stuff everybody has to be professional. When I asked why I couldn't be seated on the space back of the receptionist she just said it was for express lane or something, I put on confused expression and asked hoping she would give me more clarity about that but she just kept saying express lane as if I'd worked there for ages so I should've known.

Very little manner on the "food supplying" Ladies. There is something called " Please let the customer PICK THEIR FOODS" then you can refill it. They kept refilling and refilling as if I didn't exist. Should I really wait for you to get my food? The container isn't at all empty. I said excuse me and they just moved not even responding. Gosh I think even street vendors' got more manners.

250K for 2 hours NO WIFI though. Like what is this? Warteg?

The food? Bleh. There was something called wagyu cabai garam on the buffet but it tasted more like kerikil cabai garam. The only good thing is my teeth were strong enough to have them crushed. They were also cold. Mie goreng was very salty I think my blood pressure increases a little. Something chicken in the buffet was good, a little salty and served COLD. The dimsum lollll more tapioca less fish/shrimp/whatever a dimsum should've been made of. Sushi was rather ok. The sushi rice was dry though. Takoyaki is ok but rather bland. The choice of beef meat is not very variative as I thought it'd be. I think there was just smoked beef and wagyu but in different seasoning. The Suki soup. Tomyum tasted like somebody put literal a glass of pure lime juice in it. Very sour, so difficult to enjoy. The chicken broth? Bland. The fondue is ok but the cake on the skewers WERE BEYOND DRY. Sorry I had to give the poor reviews, the first time we went here was super good food quality, and good service! The food is good! Been here quite many times! And good variety to choose.. So this time was my fifth or six times , unfortunately ...very very disappointed😞 .. Reason look on the point below.. -Buffer area food was cold... Nasi goreng is but spicy kids can't eat it, mee goreng is cold... -dessert area the chocolate fondue only the unhealthy colour cake? Where is the marshmallow?? Then better don't bring out the chocolate fondue. -ice campur, is ok.. But the sauce of ice campur please clean it... Very sticky!! 😖 -the cupcakes ia very dry, and don't looks so sincere presentation. -fruits area is horrible the watermelon, honeydew is not sweet, and tasteless -Meats was okay okay, took very long to chew the fats more than meat.. -vegetables area last time they provide fresh cabbage wrap for the meat.. Now they give the Bakchoy? -sushi area very tasteless and not nice! -ice cream machine was very dirty and messy! The waiters don't know what they re doing? Seem to be nobody clean it . -drinks areas was ok reasonable.

Staffs -Very grumpy, Before the staffs is wearing kimono Japanese style..is really nice! 🥰 Maybe today is different all wear batik,it was ok 😇 some of them are really dreaming? Need to ask and call them. Washroom is very clean I think the most hard working is the cleaner doing the toilet.

Overall, it could be better!!! Quality really dropping a lot and not worth the price!! Hopefully we will come back again. . Thanks for the wonderful...

We came 2 years ago and it was amazing, unfortunately that was not the case tonight! The variety and quality is way down, the food in the bay marie was cold and horrible the heaters were all switched off. They didnt replenish thing fast enough so that limited the variety even more. The pre made plates of food looked great but unfortunately were all cold as well, I told the staff who just apologised but left all the cold food there to be served to customers still. The sushi was cheap and the meat was seafood extender or fake crab meat, no salmon or anything nice as they show in the pictures on google. The soups for the hot pot were bland and not nice at all. The ice cream was runny and the chocolate fountain tasted like watered down chocolate. The pictures on google were far from what was actually on offer. The only thing we enjoyed was the beef cooked on the hot plate. It wasn't a cheap feed either, as it cost nearly $80 for three people. We will not be back again!
