Excelso - Kuningan City Mall — Restaurant in Jakarta

Had the worst experience in my whole life this afternoon di Excelso Kuningan City Mall ini. I’ve been to many countries accross the world and i would say Excelso Kuningan City really raise the bar for THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD.

My boss had a glass of beverage already in his table and i just sit down for a quick work update, not planning to order anything because it will be only a 10 minutes update and i’ll be gone, but 3 waiters ask me to order every 2 minutes, even 1 waiter stand right beside my face for almost 20 seconds waiting for me to order and giving me that unpleasant look; bener2 gak nyaman!

Once again thank you Excelso Kuningan City for the bad experience, i will NEVER go back to your outlet...
