Ta Wan Kuningan City — Restaurant in Jakarta

The staffs are very unfriendly. Asked for the bill, and the staff just looked and ignore me. When I complaint to the cashier, she just said "no one ask for bill" and there's no apology at all. Foods came out around 30 minutes. It even came out one by one and the gap between each food is more than 5 minutes. What should have been an appetizer has came out after the chicken. Even I should asked for my drink (which is only chinese tea) to be brought out. Something that should have been brought out first. The only person that's friendly is the one using black uniform. The "real" tawan staff in kuningan city is the worst restaurant staff I've ever encountered. Doesn't feel like going to a restaurant at all. Even small food stall staffs have better...

Ta Wan still the good place to eat along with families, but i dont know why, this resto in this mall, they can't hospitalize customer. My wife and her friends been here for lunch. They got served with delicious food for them, and their babies. Stroller and all the babies things were there too. But I dont know why the manager just looking around, seeing all the mess that caused by the babies, and just looking.. everyone know that baby will cause a mess, and with babies, all will be messed up. Its okay, manager, we will take care of all the messed. But just looking around from toe to head? Really?!...

Ta Wan has been around for decades, famous for its congee menu. But they have lots of other menu now.

Three eggs 🥚🥚🥚 kale is the best 👍👍👍

Most of the porridge menu is good, available with chicken, fish, shrimp and thousand year blackened eggs.

Yang chow fried rice 🍚🌾 is good and really big portion.

Place is nice and clean 🪥🫧🧹 Service is good Taste is good Price is moderate...
