Dont come when its hectic or crowded. Its not recommended, We (3 people) pick the all you can eat kintan buffet, Rp 312.000/person x 3.

When we pick the package, they did not inform what they ran out of, after you pick and order, the food will never come and finally told you that its sold out already.

Limited food selection, slow refill of food in the counter, not many selection from the start, service are bad affected by the crowded customer.

Order 1 chicken miso and 1 cheese curry. Came only the chicken without the curry sauce and no miso chicken. Ask again, didnt come at all. Ask again, come the curry sauce without the cheese and without miso chicken. Ask again, come the curry sauce with the cheese and miso chicken. The whole process takes 20-25 minutes.

Just come when its not crowded or weekend, if you want to try this place. There is many option cheaper than this such as Yakiniku Like. Its in Grand Indonesia too.

Side dish taste is ok such as Carbonara Udon, there is Fried Skin Potato, the variant for side dish is ok. There is salad, theres is fruit, there is ice cream, there is drink, Kimchi fried rice, kimchi itself, Karaage, Fried Chicken Skin.

No tissue on table have to grab myself. Score 2 out of 10. If you want to try, go and try them on weekdays and not crowded. If you wait in line, that mean its crowded, better find other day. If you have no choice then go.

It's been years since I went to Kintan. Decided to go there because of the BOGO promotion (only valid for the cheapest AYCE). We went before dinner rush and the buffet are still pretty much untouched so we tried a bit of everything. The carbonara udon and garlic fried rice's quality has sadly dropped (udon is mushy, rice taste bland). The korean kimchi, side dishes and soup surprisingly stole the show. They are the perfect accompaniment to your meat.

Tbh if you're not a big meat eater it's better to buy the ala carte because the per plate prices are all pretty reasonable. However if you are eating AYCE be sure to pick the various kimchis. The taste and texture are amazing with meat

Last but not least, shout out to our server Syahrul, he's very kind and attentive. Also quick to bring all our orders. I ate more galbi than I intended to thanks to him always coming to offer extra orders XDXD
